“A couple of month back my insurance AllState sent me here. This was the closest to my home, due to the weather a large tree branch demolished my windshield and they replaced it for me all was great, two weeks ago I received a ticket on my windshield stating my inspection sticker has been manipulated, come to find out he ripped it off when he changed the glass and replaced it knowing it was damaged. I had to pay to re-do the inspection $37.50 and pay for the $65 ticket. talk about service, now i know why the assistant was looking at me weird. lml only in the bronx”

“I don’t want to sound like a cliché but I never leave reviews… Today that changes. I visited Hugo initially for an oil change . Got that done in a timely manner. My check engine light was on and he diagnosed the situation and FULLY explained to me the problem in a way that I understood. I had another issue which had nothing to do with what he had already done and once again Hugo CLEARLY EXPLAINED what was happening and I understood. I didn’t anticipate this and wasn’t prepared. Hugo told me about a company called KOALAFI ( pronounced Qualify). BEST THING EVERRRRRRR. It’s sorta like Afterpay or Klarna for your car repair…I was able to get my car fixed and not worry about driving around and possibly killing my engine!! Such a lifesaver!! This guy is the real deal.. “Work done while you wait but it would be better if thete was a window into the work area or CCTV monitors so you can see that work is actually done. Its a little disappointing to get you car back only to have a worker tell you why thete is still a crack visible.”
“From the moment I called them, so frazzled from having a tree knock off my car bumper, Jimmy was so reassuring and I knew that I would be alright! When I walked into their shop, Jany, their receptionist greeted me warmly, and they have a tiny aquarium with mini frogs at reception! I felt like I was treated like family and it meant so much to me. When I picked up my car, I also met Gus, one of the owners, who was personable as well. They did a BEAUTIFUL job on my car, truly looks brand new! When you are going through this chaos and stressed to the max, you want a company that appreciates your business, and treats you decently! Also Jimmy added in a repair to my gas cap, where the cord had been broken, for a very tiny fee. I highly recommend this wonderful body shop, and they are right next door to the Tibbett Diner, which has been in business for many years and has excellent food. Thanks again Jimmy, Jany, Gus, and all the guys who did a magnificent job on bringing my car back to life!!!!!!!! Old fashioned customer service is alive and well in the Bronx!!! THANK YOU!”
