I have literally waited for an hour to take a simple passport picture. The clerk are so careless and do not care of the time you spend waiting for their service.

Staff is ok. Lots of traffic. Bit messy compare to other Duane Reades. Lines are tidy as staff is a bit slow at check out.

They are always courteous and smiling! Ilive around the corner from the one on 135th but i walk ten blocks just for the awesome customer service they provide at this location!
