I’m not really sure why you would have a shop that creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. Sales clerk made a point to be standoffish and rude. There are so many stores in the area, no one is begging you all to buy clothes.

If any item brakes after single use, do not expect anything. All I have been told is they don’t offer fixes. Customer service service is shocking. I purchase often from this brand and this is the first time I have encountered fault with the product. They are not even trying to retain customers.
