235 W 55th St, New York“It was a wonderful find on the trip! There is fresh food to pick up from self-service. There are countless options, it is almost impossible to decide what you prefer to eat. The value per kg is displayed on a sign in front of the food. Everything very fresh and quality. There are plenty of places to sit and eat in peace, and they also play really cool music.A great tip is that they have a section just for “snacks” like bagels, bread with eggs and bacon, etc. Freshly made and wrapped in aluminum foil just like in the Harley Quinn movie!”

731 9th Ave, New York“If you are interested in international products that are not easy to find in Manhattan, you may be able to find it here. Asian, Balkan and Middle Eastern cuisine focused, for clarification. They also have good representations of supermarket staples such as freshly made cakes, hot food bar, and a good selection of produce. Pricier than even Whole Foods for the items that WF also sells, so you may want to buy the necessities here and continue your shopping at other supermarkets.”

272 Bleecker St, New York“Last night we were looking for a special bouquet of flowers ? and we bought a few arrangements to put together to make a larger, more beautiful arrangement from this corner market. The owner of this market unwrapped each plastic bag for us, rearranged all the hydrangeas and greenery together and wrapped them in fresh floral paper with so much care. Please support this business.”

“Was watching 1982 Movie, "A Little Sex," with Kate Capshaw and Tim Matheson and noticed this market in one of the shots. Never actually been to this market but four stars for longevity! No small feat in this NYC day and age.”

“this is truly the best fruit & veggie farmers market in the lower east side, offering quality and unbeatable prices. the fruit stands are open every day of the week, rain or shine.”

13 Hudson St, New York“So lucky to have Morgan’s Market in my neighborhood. Everything from the fresh flowers to the sandwiches is first rate. The store is spotless. And the owners couldn’t be nicer. Today I went in looking for a seasoning packet (Goya Sazón) that I needed for dinner and I’ve bought there in the past. Without my asking, the owner went into the kitchen and brought out a few packets and just gave them to me. It’s the small things that make Morgan’s the neighborhood institution that it’s become.”
“They carry Dietz and Watson black pepper turkey which i LOVE! Can't find it anywhere else in the city. The store is a little tight but they seem to carry most staples. I didn't check prices. Right above the 6 train exit so very convenient to grab a few things on your way home.”
“A wonderful little grocery with an astonishing selection of foods, run by a hard-working, honest Korean family and their staff who kept this place open -- and stocked -- throughout the pandemic. This neighborhood is lucky to have Hans' Market, and we know it.”

The prices are inexpensive, all the generic products are good, great prices better than Supermarket. I hope never closed. The prices are wonderful, economical, better than supermarkets. I recommend you!! I will always come to buy here. The employees are attentive. I live 15 blocks from here but I'm always coming here to save my budget. I hope Aldi Supermarket doesn't close it.”

“You can get fresh products here, like vegetables, fruits, meat, dairies, flowers, plants, herbs and pastries, too. They have a wide range of selections for those products. The one thing I like here was their pie stand. They have the most savory and delicious pies in the city! Try them, guys! I recommend!”

300 W 110th St, New York“It’s great to have a super market that has fresh, new, delicious choices of food. I’ve never taken home any food that was expired or close to it. Simply a great and well kept super market.”
7AM - 10PM
2341 Broadway, New York“I feel weird writing this, since it seems some other Yelpers have had bad experiences, but honestly, I like Broadway Farm a lot. No, it doesn't have everything, but I'm intrigued by what it does carry. Wheat germ you haven't seen since the 80s (but with a good sell by date)? Yes! Freshly shaved parmesan that tastes heavenly but doesn't break the bank? Also yes. Mexican street corn and guacamole flavored like Mexican street corn and hydroponic butter lettuce??? Also yes! Fresh coffee while you shop? Also yes. Dolly Parton's caramel turtle brownies? Also yes. This place specializes in the obscure and I am here for it. This is the poor man's Fairway but sometimes it is good to be the poor man. The aisles are a bit crowded but I like how it seems like everyone who shops here is an old timey New Yorker and not a tourist who thinks Trader Joe's is a local, hood supermarket. (No offense to Trader's, I love you too hon.) I've never gotten sick here, but maybe I have been lucky. They give durable shopping bags as well and the cashiers are the loveliest! If you are not up for the crowds and lines at Trader's or Fairway, this is the place to go.”
7AM - 9PM
7 E 14th St, New York“I and my wife have been coming to this nice, privately owned store for some time now. In fact, well over a decade. It's a bit pricey, and I would like a wider selection, but the hot bar always pleases (although, like so many things in NYC, it used to be better).”
Open 24 hours
363 W 57th St #1, New York“Hudson Market has an excellent variety of hot food options for lunch. I was so impressed with their Bibim Bowl station! I ordered a rice bowl with rib eye. It was probably one of the best things I've eaten in a really long time. They also have some great items on their hot food bar. I tried the Mac and cheese which was also really tasty! The prices are a bit steep, but the quality is top notch. Fortunately, I didn't experience anything negative related to the food quality like some of the other reviews posted here.”

2451 Broadway, New York“I’m a private chief and i know very well the food quality and i shop all over the neighbourhood, I discovered Barzini like 2 months ago , that’s my favourite store . They have all kind and different kind of merchandise with a great prices and great quality and more importantly anytime i need something specific, the owner of the store Mr.Parviz he will get that for me in shorter time . Plus in the late night when im missing some items while cooking. I run to the store , because its 24 hrs openOverall this shop is a must go to !”
“I stopped by on my way back from crossing the Brooklyn Bridge. Regular watermelon smoothie is also sufficient. $4.50.It doesn't have the richness that you get in Thailand, and the taste is lighter than I expected. It was a hot day so it was nice to feel refreshed. Are there not many tourists around here?New Yorkers were visiting quite often, and it seemed like he was busy handling the billing all by himself.”
