I had the pleasure of being assisted by the most amazing sales advisor Jovany. I had no intentions on buying but with all of the product knowledge he allowed me to discover, gave me a different insight on the fashion house. I will come back and purchase from him again and again.

Called here and my call dropped, or someone hung up immediately. Called back several times, no response. Not exactly 5th Ave service in the store either.
