“Just closed my Home yesterday and Better made the process really smooth and easy throughout. What I really liked about Better is their transparency. They put their best foot forward from the beginning and gave me the best rate. I was getting quotes from other lenders like Rocket, a local credit union and even had a mortgage broker. They gave me higher rates to begin with and only matched Better (couldn't beat it) when I showed them the Better rate. I went with Better because of that transparency. Their fees was also the lowest without any gimmicks or tag ons. Their process is pretty straightforward with everything happening online and my closing went without any issues. Only quirk I found was higher property tax rates for the escrow without consideration for the local market but they were able to rectify it after I mentioned I was unhappy about it. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better lender.”

“Bank is most of the times close you deposit your money you ain't getting it to they decide when there open in the middle hours of the day better make sure you have extra money there so you won't have to go tru this problem it's unbelievable you have to wait to 9am to be able to deposit money in the Atm lobby cause there close and not even with your card you will be able to enter cause the door won't open to 9am”

“Today I wanted to spend a nice breakfast with my daughter and it turned out to be just awful. I had ordered my meal and I overheard the table next to me asking if they accept apple pay . To my surprise they said they don't, and they only accept physical card . Getting out of the house with out my ID or Card is something that I usually don't do . I told the waiter about my situation and she was so kind. she said she would ask her manager and if she could do something about it. From far away I new that the manager was not happy about the situation . She was making an irritated faces to the waitress that was so nice to us she was trying to help me find a way to solve the situation in which I was . She came back and told me that manager told her that they only accept physical card or cash . She told me I can try to get cash at the next bank close by . I went to 3 different banks and they told me I couldn't take out cash without an ID or my physical card. An employee from Citibank told me I could go to chase to get money with my Apple Pay if I had an account with chase. I was happy to get money out without my ID or card.”

When I redeem them using Chase's travel portal, they go further. The points earned could be better. I get only 3x on dining, 3x on groceries and 2x on other travel.
