Tried to return shorts that I’d never worn, still had the tags, and receipt. The return was outside the return policy because I’d been traveling outside of NYC. They refused accept the return or to offer store credit.

I go into the store to return a pair of pants and walk out with a pair of boots!!!! I almost purchased an entire outfit as if I need any more clothes!!!
