This is at least the 2nd time I go through the trouble of making an appointment online for this location and showing up on time only to have to wait ~20 minutes for assistance. Truly leaves a lot to be desired from the customer service standpoint

It’s a mini-branch, not a full branch. Two ATMs that can deposit checks and cash and two attendants working on things like loans and cards. It’s not a full bank location, but it’s good for 95% of the stuff you need to do at a PNC
