Makan was absolutely terrific. He found what I wanted within minutes, and brought in their resident expert to discuss resizing the ring, which was incredibly helpful. Great service, beautiful ring. I couldn’t be happier.

The store manager needs to act in a more relaxed way ..perhaps start watching the TRR commercials. A smile at least. We are talking about retail industry. I am saying this after visiting this location a few times and having a similar experience. I prefer the other two NYC locations with a more inviting ambience.

The security guard is a major creep and rude. Didn’t say hello, was very rude when I asked if there was something upstairs. When we were leaving through the door he says “smile” like I was obligated to smile at the man. All of the employees are also on their phones and didn’t offer help once.
