The team is professional, courteous, and very helpful. Staff are described as kind, fantastic, and going above and beyond. They provide fast service, help sort document errors, assist with refunds for delayed packages, and calmly help with tasks like notarizing. The store is very easy and quick to use, with helpful new tracking and phone updates when packages arrive. The experience makes customers feel taken care of.

Daniel at the Nassau street store was absolutely fantastic. Gave me the fastest print I’ve had at a print store, and even sorted the pages out when there was a mistake in my document (that was my fault.) Very kind, professional, above and beyond. Recommend.

Very easy very quick (NY State) the new tracking is helpful They usually phone towards the end of the day to let you know that is has come in.
