Writing a review because Rhonda, the cashier here really helped me out especially when I had some issues with applying my coupons to my order. I appreciated the help and time she took to ensure that I received my cash rewards to use towards my purchase.

I've shopped all over the world and this store wins the award for worst customer service of any retail store I've visited. Note to CEO chewing gum with your mouth wide open and a surly attitude are not a good look for a billion dollar company.

This Duane Reade/Walgreens gave me the wrong prescription for a month; I only found it had been wrong when they gave me the correct one a month later. They would not take responsibility or even apologize for this really dangerous mistake. Instead, they were incredibly rude to me.
