Wingate by Wyndham Niagara Falls is a hotel in a great location close to the falls, casino, and Goat Island. The value and price are often described as awesome and good. Many guests enjoyed the great breakfast with lots of options, delicious pancakes and eggs, and free offering. The staff receives mixed feedback, with some front desk personnel noted as outstanding, beautiful souls, wonderful, and professional, while others were seen as unprofessional. The rooms and bathrooms are frequently described as a bit dated and outdated, with some maintenance issues like faulty TVs, drain problems, and worn elements. Despite this, many found the beds comfortable, the heater fine, and would stay again, recommending it for the convenient location and value.
The service was horrible, the girl at front desk gave us an attitude and dirty looks since we checked in. The rooms were ok but the pillow had what it look like blood stains, there was no sheets for the sofa bed.

Great location within walking distance to park and falls, restaurants, and souvenir shops. Breakfast was adequate. Had an issue with lack of attention from night desk staff that was taken care of by day staff the next morning and handled appropriately. Fine hotel for a family when visiting.
