“I recently lost some weight and needed to shop for smaller jeans. After several shopping trips, I still hadn't found the fit, style, and wash I was looking for. On Sunday, June 7th, I stopped into Buckle at Crossgates Mall in Guilderland, NY. I had never shopped there before and wasn't sure what to expect.
As a 60-year-old woman who previously needed plus sizes, I was a little apprehensive. Some specialty clothing stores can feel geared toward younger customers, and I wasn't having my most polished day. However, as soon as I started browsing, Tristen greeted me with a warm welcome and immediately put me at ease.
They treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine enthusiasm. After I explained what I was looking for, they quickly got to work pulling several options for me to try. Tristen listened to my preferences, suggested additional styles I might not have considered, and was incredibly patient throughout the process.
Thanks to Tristen's excellent customer service and knowledge, we found the perfect pair of jeans. Shopping for jeans can be frustrating, but they made the experience enjoyable and successful. I truly appreciated being treated as a valued customer and would absolutely return because of the service I received.

Her services were affordable, $65 for the two items combined, yet her experience is evident. We felt welcomed and at ease leaving her shop. She even offered a tutorial after hearing I had difficulty removing the salwar top. Thanks so much for helping us look the part for our cousin’s wedding.”
“My family and I own a dry cleaner, we have been pressing shirts for over 4 decades and without a doubt llbean button downs are the HIGHEST quality shirt money can buy. We’ve seen it all, dry rotted, rips, missing buttons and not yet one bad llbean shirt. Don’t waste your money anywhere else just grab an llbean and you will not regret it! The staff here took their time and explained everything. They were great and picked colors that complimented us and explained how to wear everything. They didn't pressure us to buy anything and they didn't pressure us to buy lehengas that were too expensive. They understood we don't go to Indian weddings frequently! Our friend went earlier in the week and was raving about her experience as well.”

In my last order I received incorrect items but I got them replaced ASAP. Free return label and also got the correct items shipped same day.”

“Erica is amazing. I went in for an updated wardrobe because I am now 30 and it was time lol. Erica approached me asking if she could take the items I picked out to a dressing room so I could keep shopping, and then she asked me what I was shopping for today. I continued shopping and when I went to the dressing room, she told me that she also picked out some things I could try if I wanted and she had it hanging in the dressing room organized into multiple outfits. It was so sweet and I really loved a lot of the pieces she picked out that I wouldn’t have picked for myself on my own.
