“I made the very unfortunate mistake of going to another nearby mattress store that took my money, never delivered the order, and then closed all of their local businesses with little notice and no communication to customers with open orders. My experience at Mattress Firm was the opposite of this - I wish I had come here in the first place!
During my visit to Mattress Firm I worked with Bob. He was kind and helpful in finding me what I needed and he even measured the mattress and box spring for me so that I'd be sure I was getting what would work best (was working with a kid's car bed, so measurements were specific). Once I settled on what I needed, I was able to pay and have delivery scheduled for less than a week later. The delivery process was smooth and communication was clear throughout the entire process. I also felt that the delivery fee was extremely fair and I really liked that there was an option to have an old mattresses taken away, though this is a service I did not need. Overall, I am super happy with both my in-store and delivery experience and would definitely recommend Mattress Firm (and by extension, Bob).”

Sometimes things don’t go perfectly the first time, but what really stood out was how committed everyone was to making it right. The delivery team made multiple trips until the product arrived in perfect condition. Each time, they were polite, professional, and genuinely cared that we were happy with the end result.
Corey was extremely understanding and made the whole process smooth. He followed up with us personally and made sure communication stayed clear between the store and the delivery team. Cullen and Justin were also great to work with — they coordinated everything efficiently and made sure each delivery went as planned.
It’s rare these days to find this level of customer service and accountability. The entire experience showed that Raymour & Flanigan truly values their customers and stands behind their products.

“The staff at the Albany Lovesac store is top notch! They don't pressure you into purchasing and were happy to give us a quote. We had stopped into the store as I've always dreamed of owning a lovesac couch. After playing with designs and color's, we received the quote, and walked around the mall. We went back a few hours later and made the purchase. We were told it would arrive in 1 to 3 weeks. It arrived in 3 day's! I was very happy we didn't have an off burn of chemicals either. I'm super sensitive and couldn't smell any chemicals. The frame has a lifetime warranty, which is needed with kids and dogs around. Quality couch! I can't recommend this store and their products enough.”

“We went to purchase a toy chest for our granddaughter. We wanted it to be able to withstand a growing child and still be useful into adulthood (coffee table or storage) We found one! The chest was solid wood and will absolutely be a piece of furniture she can use into her future!The prices are higher but remember, it's solid wood. You buy pieces that you expect to last decades.The staff/owners were extremely helpful. They gave us space when we needed it and were available when we needed their help.”

From the moment, my friend and I entered the store and saw the purple couch and love seat, the journey was so smooth flowing!Tim the wonderful young man who assisted in the entire process was knowledgeable, respectful and most enjoyable to interact with! He showed us a gorgeous queen size futon which I was looking for and I purchased all three pieces.I set up delivery arranging with Tim and that went very well also. I received a call a short while before delivery was scheduled and delivery folks said they would be here shortly. “I have been shopping here for almost 5 years, and issues have been minimal, but the customer service has been amazing (especially pickup and drive-up).
My only persistent complaint is that self- checkout has closed at 7pm for months now, but there often is just 1 lane open for the remainder of the night, which can be a busy time.”
