“If you own any car, but especially a Mazda, you should be taking your vehicle to this location... Mazda of West Ridge. I originally had scheduled my vehicle for a part replacement for 2 weeks out, but i called and they said i could leave the car there and if they got a cancelation that they would work on it sooner. Well i dropped it off onWednesday morning and by 3pm i got a call saying my car service had been performed. I am totally blown away with the quick service provided. Matt and R.J. were the 2 technicians that worked on my vehicle. I WON'T be taking my Mazda anywhere else but this place for now on. It's refreshing to know that there are skilled and professional technicians still working today in these dealerships and this location has a lot of them all in one place. They take their time to do everything right...Jetta needed extra attention on detailing. Best part so far the staff is very attentive and focused on customer service. Was treated like million dollar client even with my 2019 Jetta. I use to go to dealer, both didn't tighten lugs, f'd up girlfriend s front suspension. “These guys are the BEST. I tend to drive my cars for a long time, so I’ve had to replace 4 transmissions on different vehicles. The first two I had done with other shops and the process was painful and the transmission never seemed quite right afterwards. A few years ago I had a transmission on my son’s Subaru fail so I gave Vanessa and Shaun at Aamco a shot and the experience was great! More than 2 years later it’s shifting like a new car. So, when my Cadillac recently blew the transmission I didn’t hesitate to bring it back to Vanessa and Shaun again.
