“I had a great experience purchasing from Ricky Bobby! I was able to get my car with no issues and have loved it ever since.
The car was in great shape and there was no push for a purchase. I was struggling to find a car I was comfortable with for a few months, and then left there with a new car!
They even replaced the brakes after we vocalized some concerns even though they had said that they would have been fine without any repairs.

“*UPDATE*The original post was from Oct 2018. Well 2 weeks ago I bought my 2nd vehicle from them. I had a set down payment amount and was working with Enterprise and Bob Johnson. Well Bob Johnson only could get me in a vehicle if I had $1800. $2100 for a vehicle that I wanted. Enterprise got me approved for a vehicle I wanted with the set amount of 1500. The account manager Jenelle was patient and helpful.I have rented from Enterprise for over 2 years. 4 weeks ago I bought a car from the car sales division. I worked for months with Jon C and then a few weeks with Sara F who i had dealt with when renting. They both were very patient and extremely helpful to get me into a car that was best for me not for them. Highly recommend checking them out. Also the car I bought i checked on line and it was cheaper thru Enterprise car sales.”

“Went in here from a ad I saw posted on Facebook. I was struggling to find a reliable auto dealer that wouldn’t take advantage of the fact that I had no knowledge of cars. I found a safe,clean, and reliable vehicle for me and my kids and didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. Bob showed me multiple vehicles in my price range and didn’t push me at all. He gave me full details, carfax reports, wrote out all the numbers and “what if’s” for me to GO HOME and think about. I was pushed by the big car companies to make a decision right then and there and I don’t like that pressure. Being shown 5 vehicles that were in my price range and needs and given the opportunity to go home and think about it? Amazing. He did not call or push me and I ended up taking the vehicle of my choice to my mechanic who has been a long time friend. He wrote up what he thought it should be sold for and the one issue he found (a loose light bulb) and I brought it back to bob. My own mechanics value of the car was higher than the price tag from bob so I was sold. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a non pushy used car dealer in the Rochester area!”

“If you are a young woman— You are safe here!! At so many other automotive companies they try to take advantage of you because you are a small young woman but not here. (no pressure), he even let us change models after we had chosen one on the day of pickup and paperwork was already made out.The service crew (Nick and Jon) are also great. “These guys are the rare mechanics out there. They're honest and they understand not all customers can afford to fix everything at once. They explained the crucial repairs down to the "your gonna need it soon" ones. I trust them so much that I send my 70 year old mother to them (alone). I moved an hour away from her and the shop. Any other shop would take advantage of a single senior woman. If you're curious I own an old 1999 jeep grand Cherokee 4x4 and they help keep it going.”

“After a couple of years of searching for a vehicle and dealing with either pushy or less than honest salesmen, I finally found one (and purchased) from Dioguardi Auto Sales. I went over my budget a bit and was hesitant to do so, but I got a really nice vehicle. Tom Dioguardi and his son Tom were a pleasure to work with. Tom, Sr. is a character; he made me feel like I was dealing with an old friend. He is brutally honest and says what he feels :)
I love the vehicle I bought, a 2015 GMC Acadia Denali, and he simplified the buying process by taking care of everything (tax, license, registration, etc.) so that I didn't have to. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had, even after hours. The prices of the vehicles may seem a little higher than other places, but Dioguardi's vehicles are high quality. There is an active recall on this vehicle, but Tom has already started the process of having it taken care of without me even having to ask. His son Tom was very informative and patient with me as he explained all of the technology my vehicle has to offer. When my husband is in the market for a new truck, we will definitely reach out to Dioguardi's. Stop by and check them out! And tell them Judy sent you ?”
