“The owners are very friendly. It has everything a normal convenience store has but also some extra groceries and a special indian/asian food section. There is a large fridge room with beer and other refrigerated products. Even when there is a foot of fresh snow covering the streets so that you can't drive anywhere, these guys keep the store open! The owner even kept in stock a specific brand of beer just for me that nobody else was buying.”

“After the utter disappointment I had at 536 N Greenbush Rd, I visited this location.
The store is clean. Pleasant ambiance and super friendly staff.
I started with the exact same line.
Me: I hear you guys make the best milkshakes in town.
Staff 1: That we do. Well, it's not me. He makes the milkshakes.
Staff 2: I try.
Staff 1: What can I get you?
Overall the the interaction and quality of service have been delightful. I got a milkshake as well as a coffee. I am going to go back to this location and try each and every flavor on their board.
So, if the management is the same for this store and the horrible one at 536 N Greenbush Rd, perhaps the employees of the other store should been shown the CCTV footage of this store as a customer care refresher course. IMHO.

“Place looked a little run-down but considering its age it looked it but the gas prices couldn't beat it 307 a gallon for cat when you pay cash I paid cash so I paid 307 gallon couldn't beat it appreciate them for having it so low and once again the customer service was very good.”

“Had to pick up several prescriptions, and the pharmacy staff was very helpful and answered all the questions I had very thoroughly. There was a line of cars at the drive-through, probably because or was so cold outside, so I parked a went inside, and only had to wait for one customer in front of me. The staff was working really fast to get people in and out, and it only took a few minutes to finish. Everyone was very professional and even friendly.”
