“OK I Changed my Review Because it's Not All who Work here are not doing what I consider a efficient service where you're not waiting online for a half hour just To cash a check!so I don't want to get anybody in trouble but whoever is in charge take notice of the tellers and you know when you have 20 people online And Two Tellers leaving for lunch break at the worst time possible shouldn't take a lunch break !You wait until the line is almost gone so about a month ago that happens and it made me very angry!And a couple all the times is very slow service,most times I use the ATM if it's working especially the one on the drive-through I love to use so I don't have to get out of my car!But they are very nice there's no problem with that it's just they need to pick up the pace a lot!The district manager when I got a business loan he did fib on the interest rate a couple of points I was a little upset about that but he claims that he did tell me based on my credit score that's my only other gripe other than that the service is good!and they have ATMs at every 711 which is very convenient and they have their name on my baseball teams field Which is Citifield. Angela who I thought was the manager was very nice and very helpful as we were able to accomplish what I needed to do today and I believe the other associate the last Couple Of times Mrs Torres also a very nice and very efficient pleasant bankers to deal with!”

My son and I went in to the Hauppauge branch for fraudulent activity that was picked up on my son's account. It wasnt much just under $30. The branch Mgr took us to his office and treated the whole situation as if we lost thousands more. He did everything he could to resolve the situation and before we knew it the money was back in the account. He did all the leg work, and spent the time required to fix the situation. “TDBank really showcased their superior service to me, apples-to-apples. Staff are great, every time I have banking business they make it super easy, I am happy as happy can be with TDBank in general and this branch in particular.
Here’s my tale of why- I have accounts across a few banks, including TDBank and CapitalOne. There’s a branch of CapitalOne down the road, and I had to deposit some old bonds my granma set up for me. The bank manager at CapOne literally told me to my face that they’re an awful lot of work, and it’s too much work for poor defenseless CapitalOne to spend its valuable time on. BUT NOT TO WORRY! All I need to do is visit a federal website, get a confirmation number, mail the bonds to the fed, follow up a few weeks later and manage the distribution of funds presuming everything went well. What the heck. It’s like the pizza place saying it’s too much trouble to make the pizza, so why don’t you go buy some dough and bake one yourself.
SO. I drove a mile down the road to TDBank. Polar opposite. I plug in my debit card, they take the bonds, I sign ‘em and the funds are in my account ready for use immediately. Took 5 minutes, no fuss, and they even had a lollipop for me. Amazing.
TLDR for face-to-face service TDBank is 5 out of 5, CapitalOne is a generous 1 out of 5.”

So Marci at the bank helped me out so much where she checked the cameras and was able to give me every detail of every move I made and told me where my cash was. “I have used Dominick and his team for multiple projects over the past few years and they never disappoint. His team is friendly, professional and dedicated to getting the job done. Most recently Hope CB helped me remodel a rental home that was very outdated. Dominick came in assessed the project and the next day got to work. After the project was completed I showed my friends and family the finished product and they were even more impressed than me. Hope CB is a great company and what I love the most is that Dominick ensures we are happy, even post project, which is rare among contractors.”

Update. I went to my TD Bank and they refused to give me quarters. They threw me out of the bank because I was arguing with them. They refuse to give a customer service. Never again will I have a TD Bank account. I'm going to get a Chase account because they treat you like a human being there.”

“This branch has always been amazing. Fantastic customer service and friendliness. When I recently needed bank checks for an out-of-state closing I had been waiting for the figures from the attorney. At about 4:10 pm, already after closing, the last customer left and I with her knowing the figures would probably come in as soon as I started my car to leave. Sure enough, they did. Knowing having to wait for the bank to reopen would delay my closing as I had to travel out of state for it, Melanie and the branch manager let me back in to get my checks. This was HUGE and took so much pressure off me, I couldn't thank them enough. Always a great experience in this, and my original Huntington branch as well. I was an Emigrant customer since the early '80s and had my concerns when Apple took over, but it's been nothing but a pleasure. One great bank and my thanks to the entire team!”
