After several years shopping with them, our shiba inu, now 12, has started to become uninterested in his food and hadn't eaten much in a few days. So before an expensive and unlikely necessary vet visit- we stopped in and wanted to speak with a sales associate to ask for advice based on our situation. Lina took her time with us, answering all of my questions and never made us feel rushed. We took her advice and switched his protein and the brand of raw we were feeding him, and it's been working! She also reminded us as he ages and becomes less active, it's totally okay he doesn't eat every day. We've trusted k9 shop for several years, but this just reaffirms how wonderful they are.
