“One of a kind in CNY! Unfortunately, this gem is bookended by two dilapidated, empty stores, but don't let that deter you. Even if you're not in the market for new furniture, you could easily spend an hour here just browsing the high quality, unique pieces in a bright, clean setting. (Full disclosure? My girlfriend and I spent well over an hour yesterday.) This business has top of the line, contemporary furniture from all over the world. There are two floors with an incredible selection of living room, bedroom, and dining room pieces. The owner is knowledgeable, personable and low key. This business has the "wow" factor.”
“In December we bought two couches couple in tables and recliner and a loveseat our salesperson was Marie we felt she went out of our way to find us a matching couch and end tables we got it the week before Christmas moved into our new home it was perfect and then we had a little problem with the couch squeaking and the recliner making a kind of an odd noise I called the store it was quickly taken care of they ordered us a new couch and another recliner no questions asked I thought they would just repair it you can't get any better service than that.I own the business for 35 years customer service was always the name of the game I would recommend these folks to anybody”

“Our experience with Bright Furniture was very, very good. We quickly needed a replacement for a broken boxspring. We found it at Bright Furniture and Mattress and not only was the staff knowledgeable and friendly but the prices were fair and the item in stock . Until later, when the store was about to close did I realize I had made a mistake and had bought the wrong size! I quickly contacted the store and once again found their assistance friendly, she was willing, so close to store closing, to swap for the proper size. I was treated respectfully and very much appreciated the awesome customer service. We will shop there again.”

“I had foot stool reupholstered by Toni. this foot stool had belonged to my parents and has been redone twice over the years. I wanted someone local near Syracuse to redo it. I found Wicker World ion Factiry Road in Cicero, NY. They replaced the old batting rebuilt the sides and put a new pad on it, they even touched up the legs. it's beautiful and has many more years to it now. Thank you Toni for the restore.”

In a previous career I would see their crew installing on college campuses and business offices and they were the nicest guys on the job sites. They would get in, do their job and be on their way leaving the area cleaner than before they arrived! Keep it up SOE!”
“Very good display of poly wood furniture. You are able to order the furniture in many colors with a few weeks' lead time. We're not shopping for plants or other gardening supplies. But they seemed to have a good selection of plants, and you have the ability to get mulch and top soil by the truck load. I think they deliver also, but call and check. Would shop here again.”

“I hate to shop, period. Especially at that supermarket that rhymes with Pegmans. Target is the exception. Their pantry is surprisingly comprehensive, well stocked & has many selections the other guys don't bother with, (Ben & Jerry's Pumpkin Cheesecake Ice Cream, Rana pastas, Mio Orange Vanilla, and so much more). They don't force you to buy their store brand. Target is always white, clean & neat with a friendly atmosphere. Pantry prices can be a bit higher but it's worth it to me simply to be in a place that appreciates my business. "Pegmans" seems to expect it.”

We recently needed some print materials for a presentation here in Syracuse, when the "national" company couldn't get us the work on time and it was stuck in transit, Just the Right Stuff came in just in time!! “I have had bad luck with two other pool companies whether it be opening or closing. I know one of the Assistant Managers named Justin at Tarson on Taft, he always showed he cared about my pool like it was his own. When I requested a closing everyone was so thorough. Every question was answered and believe me I asked a lot of them! When they came to close it everything was disconnected and waiting for me to put it away for the winter. Really impressed with the professionalism and the care. I will be calling them to open it too that’s for sure!”
