“Came in for a Pixel 8 pro case and the staff was helpful. This location isn't known for having the Pixel 8 or pro device in stock fyi and if you want that phone I suggest the Walden location.”

They got mom a new phone and took her off another account. Jeff!! You are amazing you were very polite and very sincere. Kevin! “It almost closing time and I was still able to be seen before they closed. I scheduled an appointment in hopes of making things go quicker. It did take longer than I had hoped but given there were only 2 people working and a few customers that took a bit longer it was understandable. Anyways they handled my order quickly and it was an easy exchange.”
