“I went into the store with my grandmother to get a replacement phone for her and all of the staff were very helpful and polite. The store has great service I give them a five-star rating. I'm personally long-term Verizon wireless customer support but I have to say that T-Mobile is right up there with Verizon from what I can see so far from this particular location I like the way that they treated my grandmother and I have absolutely positively no complaints at all like I said I give this story of five star rating.
On another note while we were in the store waiting there was a couple of customers that came in that were being loud and obnoxious and the staff were very professional and still treated those people very politely and professionally. They handle themselves very well so although I'm how long time Verizon wireless customer for the last 20 years at least I still would recommend this store for the service provided to the T-Mobile network and for the store staff and the way that they conduct themselves.”
“Just reached out thinking I needed a VOIP adapter, was connected to the chat and then redirected to Tom. Tom went out of his way to make sure I was looking for the right adapter. He even offered to call and explain that I didn't need it but help me understand it a bit better. Decided I would hold off and see if the phone I ordered works first. Will definitely be calling back should I need something in the end. Thanks Tom. Definition customer service.”

“My mom and I had a recent experience and had to get mom a new phone plan. Kevin, Pat, and JeffHelped us. They actually sat with us for about 4 hours to get everything perfect. They got mom a new phone and took her off another account. Jeff!! You are amazing you were very polite and very sincere. Kevin! Thank you for helping figure out how we could get mom out of the situation of being on someone else's account and helping mom break free from that hold! Pat!! You sat with us and listened. You help transfer all data to the new device and deleted from the old. The customer service we received other 2 visits to your store location was so pleasant. “Went to this store today and it was my good fortune to be served by a young man named Ryan Swearengen. I turned in equipment and asked how to handle my bill and what I could do to to continue with Spectrum as my provider since it had become unaffordable. He was extremely helpful and help me asses what channels I no longer needed. He also convinced me to add mobile services and add sports channels. A true asset to the company. I now watch some of the shows on the streaming networks included with my package Thanks Ryan !”
“I came in because of issues with my phone and kendra and val helped me fix the issue with my phone and told me about the iPad promos they had going, those two ladies were an absolute joy to sit and chat with while they fixed my issue, this location will be my go to now just off their service, attitude and beautiful smiles on those two ladies faces, could have sat there for hours and talked but they needed to assist the people coming in. We have been with Verizon for over 24 years we really wanted to stay and Jen helped us get our plan down and still feel happy to stay with Verizon!!!
