“I went in today, because I had an overdue bill and my phone was cut off. An employee named Leeyah welcomed me with a big warm smile and immediately asked how she can help. I explained that my bill was due and I wouldn’t be able to pay it all, but I was willing to pay a large portion. Rather than take my money and send me on my way, she helped me to make a payment arrangement and saved me over a hundred bucks that I was prepared to give up. Also she made me aware of the in store service charges and encouraged and helped me service up from my phone. I’m thankful because I needed to lock up a few things for home and some other necessary items with that money,and she helped me get my phone back on without getting a dime out my pocket. I am really appreciative because a lot of places just “take your money and go”. But she was patient and worked me kindly to debit up from my phone. I am thankful for her warm welcoming personality and money saving advice. I was able to put that money to good use in other areas of my life and I am thankful to her.”
