“Th8s place hasn't been reviewed in quite a while, but I can confirm it still is in business! As a Buffalonian, heading out to Medina for tacos is a bit beyond off the beaten path. I firat found out about this Mexican Store and Taco Truck from locals while I was at an art exhibit that was in town. This place may very well have the most authentic taco experience in Western New York. The taco truck is parked outside of the grocery store, and you can order single tacos in steak, chicken, carnitas, chorizo, and al pastor, or buy an order of tacos, which gives you one of each! Each taco has tons of meat, along with diced onion and cilantro, and comes with lime wedges and pickled onion. Bottles of Guacamole, Roja and Verde sauces are also available, I personally love the Verde. There are a few tables outside, and a few indoors in a side room of the Store. The taco truck seems to only be open on weekends from mid May to mid October. The store is interesting as well, with a lot of fresh produce, snacks, clothes and more that you can't find at most grocery stores.”

“I went to get some nice fruits. Easy pick-up. Easy pay. Easy leave. It's awesome that they have so many self checkout machines. You don't have to wait so long. Also there was only one person on line for the non self checkout. The male employee I spoke to real quick was respectful so all good. I will definitely be going there again for more food to buy.”

Besides helping me locate a few items, Luc took the time to chat and learned I was shopping for funeral foods ( all my father's favorite snacks and treats) Luc was sympathetic and took extra gentle care to help me as I broke down a few times. “I really like tops market in Batavia New York but I'd have one thing to say they use instacart for shopping to be delivered don't use it they double charge you this is how they do say you order your bill comes to $150 well what happens is this happens quite often the shopper can't find everything so now you Bill goes down to $100 extra cart charges you $250 they double charge you they lock your account $150 and $100 I will never use instacart again I hope tops reads this review it's in to instacart thank you”

“This is the first Tops that I have ever been to that was very organized and had fully stock shelves. The store also was very clean and that is including the rest rooms. Everything else was the same with all the other Tops markets, and that is they have fair prices.”

“We occasionally frequent this Tops location mostly in the summertime, when we are enjoying our Orleans county camp property. I am a casual Tops shopper in general, never for a big-haul shop, as Tops prices are typically too high compared to other grocery stores. I do weekly grocery pickups at Walmart for our regular hauls. But I still like Tops for running in to grab a few things, and a little bit of impulse-buying-aisle-perusing while I am in there. This Tops location is as good as any Tops for those reasons. It is a big and bright store, with all of the things you'd expect to find in a chain grocery store, and probably some surprises too. This tops is in a plaza next to a Dollar Tree, with plenty of lot parking. We've had no issues here using the self-checkouts or when a clerk checks us out, everyone is always friendly enough. If you have a big shop to do, there is an Aldi just down the road that will likely save you some money. But if you are lucky to hit a good Tops sale for what you need, or need more variety to find something specific, this Tops location is a reliable store as needed.”
