“It's a pretty good grocery store, but my favorite thing is definitely the scanners. If you have a stop and shop card, you can get a scanner and scan what you want to buy as you go. When your done, you click check out and you scan the barcode that appears and it automatically scans everything in your cart”
“I have always had great spices from this place but buyer beware! Buy direct from these folks, Amazon sells their spice as well but it is not fresh. I spent roughly $60 and my onion powder showed up all slumped together completely separated from the parsley. I mean huge dry clumps. Never had a problem buying direct but had to use Amazon since the fire at Marshalls Creek”

Called the store and was quickly connected to customer service. After I told my story I was invited to come back with my receipt and they would replace the items. Sayquan was polite and very helpful. He reassured me that it was ok and it happens. His words were kind and thoughtful. I leave with cherries and bananas to replace what I lost. “Like most Trader Joe’s locations, this store does a lot of things right. The staff is friendly, the shelves are usually well stocked, and the store is organized in a way that makes shopping quick and efficient. Even when it's busy, the checkout lines tend to move surprisingly fast, which I always appreciate.
The biggest challenge has nothing to do with the store itself—it's the parking situation. The parking lot is extremely tight and can be frustrating to navigate, especially during peak hours. Finding a spot can take longer than the actual shopping trip, and maneuvering around other cars often feels more stressful than it should.
Once you're inside, the experience is great and runs smoothly. If the parking lot were larger and designed a little better, this location would be close to perfect. Just be prepared for a bit of patience before you even make it through the front door.”
