“Michael took excellent care of my guitars. He was very knowledgeable. I brought in an old Martin 000-21. They play like new and are now clean enough I feel comfortable letting my daughter near them. Michael was thoughtful and called me as he was working on my guitars to let me know if something was taking longer or would cost a little extra giving me the option to decide whether I wanted him to take care of it or not. I really appreciated that so I didn’t feel blindsided when going to pick them up. Will definitely go back to Michael in the future.”

By June I had dropped my phone several times and cracked the screen protector. I stopped by the ZAGG kiosk at the mall paid a small fee ($8) and they replaced it with no issues.”

My husband and I went to another Metro PCs and the girl couldn't help at all so I stopped here just to ask a question about a virus on our phone. Met with Carlos and he took care of it. He took the time to back our phone up and reboot even though it was close to closing hours. Same visit we upgraded and purchased another phone. Since it was a new phone that came out that week, the cases hadn't arrived yet. He said to come back. He was able to get me a pink one and put it aside. “While I was disappointed that my slurpee was not free (it is 7/11 day after all), I believe it was my own fault for not coming in earlier. Mr Raj was very accommodating and let us know that if we still wanted our slurpees for free, we could purchase a hot dog and they would be included! We chose to instead purchase our slurpees at full price and were not disappointed. The blueberry lemonade flavor available at this location is delightful!”
