“I just purchased a refrigerator at this PC Richard's location and was most pleased! I was limited by a somewhat small built in opening, but Hoss, the salesperson, was extremely helpful ! He sold me the perfect GE refrigerator for my limited space at a great price! In addition, he arranged for a prompt delivery, removal and haul away of my old unit, and reconnection of the water supply to the icemaker. I couldn't have been more pleased with the excellent service and price! Honestly, the customer service provided by PC Richards was superb! I highly recommend this company!”

“Both my husband & myself came to East Islip store. Joseph walked through all of our options & it was a very pleasant experience. He delivered on all that he said in a timely way. Very pleased. ? Update: It is now 3 years later and we are purchasing new devices with Joe again and the service was still exceptional. Joseph gave us all our options and did not push and that is what we love the most about him. We purchased 2 new phones and an iPad from him and he made sure to spend the time with us to see we were signed back in to all our accounts. Joseph is a tremendous asset to Verizon. We were very great full for his time he spent with us.”

I would highly recommend using them.”

“We had an amazing experience with Appliance World, and I specifically want to recognize Frank for his outstanding customer service. We purchased our full kitchen appliance package from him during our renovation a few years ago, and the experience was excellent from the start — he was knowledgeable, patient, and really helped us choose the best products for our needs rather than just trying to make a sale. What really sets Appliance World apart is the service after the purchase. Recently, I had an issue with my Thermador dishwasher racks, even though the unit was out of warranty. I reached out to Frank, and he went above and beyond to help. That level of follow-through is something you simply don’t get at big-box stores. At many larger retailers, you’re often left to figure things out yourself, but at Appliance World you get real expertise, honest guidance, and someone who stands behind what they sell long after installation day. I originally assumed prices at a store like this would be higher, but they were actually the same as — and sometimes even better than all the other appliance stores. If you’re buying appliances and want knowledgeable advice and true customer service, I highly recommend Appliance World. We will absolutely continue to purchase from them in the future and am actually currently in the process of getting a dryer through them.”

“I had been struggling with my mobile signal for quite some time and reached out to Cricket multiple times, even visiting several stores, but nothing ever seemed to fix the issue. After 10 years as a loyal Cricket customer with five lines on my account, I was honestly ready to give up—I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I had been receiving. That all changed when I met Saqlain Mohammed at the Huntington Cricket Store. From the moment I spoke with him, it was clear he genuinely cared about helping me. He is incredibly smart, polite, and professional. He took the time to fully understand my situation, patiently walked me through the solution, and most importantly, actually fixed the problem that no one else could resolve. Saqlain completely turned my experience around. Thanks to him, I decided to stay with Cricket. If you’re having any issues or need assistance, I highly recommend asking for him—he truly goes above and beyond for his customers.”

“Best experience ever! My dad and I share the line services and he had been with AT&T for almost a decade until bad things started to happen. We had a bunch of extra charges, also AT&T didn’t helps us with a trade-in process and they said the plan didn’t qualified to trade in, so at the end they kept my old phone and didn’t do nothing to fix the problem, so we decided to give it it a try with T-Mobile, we visited this store to made the transfer and we love it! We have been using the service for over a month now! And we are in love! Everything went perfect the manager was very understanding and the staff helped with the set up and everything; no extra charges at all so far, Thank you!!!!”
