One of my two dogs is unfortunately accident prone. They always have the best solution and don't put the most expensive one first. They gave me options for everything and explain each one. Dr. Galluch spent a lot of time aquatinting herself with us and our dog's complicated medical history. She provided reassuring continuity as we transitioned from one practice to another.
We have complete confidence in Dr. Galluch and her team. They are very compassionate, thorough, and professional. We particularly like that Dr. Galluch sits on the floor with our dog during the exam so our dog is more comfortable and less anxious. The office staff follows up by phone promptly.
We will trust the Abbott Road Animal Hospital to meet our pet's medical needs for years to come!

Banfield Pet Hospital
3425 Amelia Dr, Orchard ParkHad an incredible experience there today with my 2 dogs! The tech was super helpful and very nice with my dogs, one being a new nervous but excited rescue. Dr Aguayo was as well amazing and kind which made this experience so great. Everything was explained well and I really appreciate the wellness plan that was explained to me and offered. When I first started taking my Golden Retrieve pup another owner told me the program was life changing for their dog and family. I have to agree Jack is 7 months old and knows his commands, responds to come and is the happiest puppy. The investment in training will help me as I age knowing Jack is trained and will be my life time companion. Thank you so much for a great staff. Thank you Sit n" Stay for helping Jack become a Good Citizen. I highly recommend their training programs.

6084 Powers Rd, Orchard ParkThey are amazing I have a 7 month old German shepherd and it was our first time there, everyone was very nice and is very informative with behavior and how to care for the dogs in the pool and are CPR certified. Apollo was nervous when they put the life vest on but then he jumped in the pool and didn't want to get out. They have a small drying room that has a professional dryer and some towels, it's also very nice that you don't come into contact with any other dogs there which is very nice because Apollo gets nervous around other dogs sometimes.

My issue is I'm in a wheelchair and it's pretty hard to move around and not be in someone's way.

The dining room is day lit and comfortable.
Next time, I want to leave room for a fried dough dessert.

They have two separate bars for cocktails and one for beer, cider etc. This was nice set up so you didn’t wait long for a drink. Bartenders and waitress were pleasant and attentive.

(Always an important feature for me) Service was quick and friendly! Food was outstanding! Had Roy's chicken sandwich, (a restaurant version of a chicken snake in the grass sub) and it was delicious! Perfectly cooked, seasoned and presented. Friend ordered the pot-roast sandwich and she was equally impressed!

Our Bella passed away on a Friday and they allowed me to drop her off immediately the next day instead of waiting after the weekend. Tracy was quick to respond to my email even though it was after hours. On Saturday my family and I were dropping Bella off and we were greeted by the most kindest, sweetest, caring and compassionate staff member I've ever met. Her name is Rachel. She really made us feel like family and had the utmost professionalism I've ever experienced in these situations. Thank you for that Rachel. It really was needed for my family and I. It's indescribable how grateful I am to find Pet Heaven. A BIG "Thank You" to all the staff at Pet Heaven. You are all amazing! Highly Recommend
