“I couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting my wedding tuxedo made. I usually live in basketball shirts and shorts, so walking into a custom tailor shop was honestly a little overwhelming at first. But Onik and his team made the entire process incredibly simple, comfortable, and personable.
What really stood out to me was how much they were willing and able to customize. If you could think of it, they could probably create it. I was able to choose from different fabrics, including lighter options that were perfect for my summer wedding, experiment with different styles, and even add custom images to the lining of my tuxedo to make it truly personal. Having different styles available to see and try on made it so much easier to figure out exactly what I wanted.
Another huge plus was the convenience. Since they were local, I was able to stop in whenever I had questions, wanted to make adjustments, or simply wanted to take another look at the styling. They were always patient and helpful throughout the process.
The final tuxedo came out exactly how I wanted, and it made the wedding day feel that much more special. If you’re someone who doesn’t know much about suits or custom tailoring, I especially recommend giving them a visit. Onik and his team will guide you through the entire process and make it feel effortless.

“Such a cute, girly store! I visited Mure And Grand- Park Central for the first time today and had a great experience! Such a great selection of New York City merchandise and souvenirs that are cute and fashionable without being overly “touristy.” When I entered the store, I was immediately greeted by a staff member, and the store was very organized and easy to walk through. “Exploring Brooklyn with my bestie and stumbled upon Seed! Such a cool concept! We came for the coffee and stayed for the vibes. It gives lush, overgrown city where the earth wins out ??️ It’s a coffee shop connected to a store, but also feels like a creative space. The store was filled with Telfar and many other unique pieces. The actual sitting/work area is very tiny so we sat outside. My latte was delicious and her Americano was nice. The coffee tasted smooth and milk was steamed nicely. Would love to come back for another cafecito and to try a patty ? they even had some vegan ones!”

“One of the rarest stores you’ll come across anywhere in the world. Kai D thoughtfully designs each collection and arranges the space with such care—it feels less like a shop and more like a quiet celebration of slow craft.
As a customer turned friend, I’ve been coming here for years, sometimes just to step in and absorb the calm, grounded energy that both the space and Kai naturally offer. Mun, another designer whose work is carried in the store, is often there on weekends, and it’s always a joy to see them both.
What they share is a deep commitment to making—truly living the artist’s way. Everything is created with intention: slow, authentic, and uncompromising. The designs feel timeless, with a sensitivity to materials that makes each piece something you can live in and return to for years.
This past weekend, I stopped by during a spontaneous stroll. Kai and Mun welcomed me so warmly, pulling pieces they could imagine me in—it felt like playing dress-up with old friends. I left with a beautiful Japanese-collar jacket, generously gifted by Kai, and I’ll likely be back soon for a shirt I fell in love with that day.

“We brought our family to Osteria Laguna after dining here in February. The food was just as good this time as was the service. The duck was terrific, the lamb shank and pasta with lamb ragu both excellent, and the spinach ravioli was very good. The chocolate lava cake and the key lime cheesecake were delicious. Highly recommend the restaurant for high quality Italian food near Grand Central Terminal!”

“Harleen and her team helped me create exactly what I wanted for my wedding. I reached out to her regarding a customization that would blend my culture (Chinese) and my husband's (Indian). Her and her team were extremely receptive and were willing to incorporate the cultural details I wanted. It was easy to set up an in-person appointment to discuss things further.
Upon my first visit to the showroom my eyes were immediately drawn to the Ishita lehenga. From there, the style, design, and fitting team worked together to create my custom top with the Ishita fabric and embroidery. Throughout the process they were very communicative and open to design changes based on my preferences. I knew I wouldn't be able to get what I envisioned straight off the rack and I am so happy I was able to work with Harleen and her team to bring these ideas to life.
Even if you don't need or want something custom, I highly recommend going to Harleen Kaur. Their showroom has amazing pieces and the team is wonderful.”
