“I have been going to Kaprals for more than 20 years and never had anything happen like was described in the other reviews. Service was always excellent and price is reasonable. There were even a few times when something small was corrected and I wasn't even charged. Metal was scraping a brake rotor and making noise and they adjusted it for free even though they still had to make the appt and put the car on the lift. I have recommended to friends and have heard similar good feedback.By the way...they have 117 Google reviews averaging 4.7 stars!”

“I got a flat tire on the highway, on my tow dolly hours from home on a Sunday. I called this place and Kyle took the time to check to see if they had my odd sized tire. They did and he called me back. I took the wheel off of the trailer and brought it in and they had me back on the road in no time. Very grateful for Kyle and the technician working. “Left my vehicle for an oil change, tire rotation, and NYS inspection on Thursday morning. I said I was able to pick it up as late as Friday evening if needed. I had it back Thursday before dinner. I worked primarily with Mike, Tyler was the tech. Needed new wiper blades and Mike was transparent with prices and options. I’ve been using this place for over a year with multiple vehicles and have only good things to say.”

“Christmas Eve, I was traveling for the holidays. Got a flat. Spare was leaking air as well after I put it on. Took my car here 20 min before close, and Laura did a great job to figure out the issue with my original tire, fixed it, and switched it back. She even checked all the other tires, too. She was spot on with the sensor alerts disabling after the car got up to speed for a long enough distance, too! She knew her stuff, did the work efficiently, and was wonderfully polite the entire time. She provided impeccable service! Thank you so much for helping me get to my family safely for the holidays!”
