“I was having a technical problem that neither I. Nor my staff could resolve. I entered this AT&T store in Patchogue and received such kind, patient and professional service that I was literally astounded. Such courtesy and generosity extended to this (me) senior person who struggles with technology was refreshing to say the least. I highly recommend this store and its employees.”

His knowledge and expertise allowed me to keep my cell and get back into my phone. He was extremely helpful and profession and I will certainly make sure that our entire family uses this Verizon store in the future based off of this experience. He is an asset to Verizon for sure.”

“This is the best Verizon store in Suffolk county! After going to 3 other stores that were not able to help me upgrade my phone in person coming here was a breath of fresh air the staff are eager to help answer any and all tech related questions. I worked with a man named Dennis who really knew what he was talking about and helped me right away with all of my needs. I walked out the same day with a new upgraded phone and was able to get all my info transferred over smoothly I can’t recommend enough!”

“I visited this store as a last second decision because I needed to switch from ATT and lower my bill since they were running the promo where you could bring in your old bill and they would offer a lower price. I was going through a rough time as a human being and I was fortunate to be helped by a wonderful woman named Rolisa and she made everything so easy. She knew everything about what to do and how to do it and helped me set up my new phone. I wanted to walk out of there paying as little as possible and she made it happen. I ended up getting money back and she helped me pick a new phone case and installed a privacy screen protector for me. Ignoring all of the Verizon stuff, we had great conversations about retro tech and new models. I really enjoyed the conversation while we waited for my data to transfer and I made sure to tip her with a Pokémon card. The only negative thing I can say about Rolisa is that she's an iPhone user and I'm an android guy, but I can forgive her.”
