9 S William St, Pearl RiverHighly recommend Scruffy To Fluffy. We have been using Scruffy To Fluffy Blue Ribbon Groomers for many years. The staff is fantastic, a busy place, but never overcrowded. Our baby girl comes home, looking and smelling fantastic after spending a short time at the spa. The owner and staff are very hard-working and friendly people. They pay attention to detail, and kind to all the dogs that are there.

He is a very laid back and matter of fact professional who will help your pet back to health. This is a no frills laid back practice without all the bling and promotional displays of our current world. He does things methodically with a purpose and doesn’t waste your time or your money. I am very satisfied with the services and feel confident having him care for my pets. He always makes himself very available whenever I call or have a question and he takes his time answering all my questions like a gentleman.

Staff is extremely polite and professional on the phone and in person. Update: got Sicilian on Sunday and it was a bust. Maybe different guy that night but I was surprised at the disappointment. Definitely will try again based on other past experiences.

We sat outside in their courtyard & the vibes were on point...Between the service,food and atmosphere 🤌🏼 We went for the final world cup game and stayed for a bit after for a couple beers and shots! Our bartender Dave was the topping on the cake of a fabulous day! Can't wait to come back to Noonans!
