“This is a wonderful hardware store. No matter what I have wanted over the years, they have had it. Moreover, even when I don't know what the thing I want is actually called, I can describe it and they'll have it. You simply cannot get this kind of quick, honest, and thoughtful customer service at a big box store. If you live in the area and are driving all the way to the nearest chain hardware, trust me, you're wasting time and money. The small extra fee you might pay here (often cheaper here) is always less than the gas and wear and tear on your car.

“Try this at Home Depot: I went over to Rockland county, New York, to help an 86 year old lady friend install a new mailbox. It sounds easier than it is, as hers was attached to 2 metal pipes, sitting in between other mailboxes. Rusty bolts and all that. Just getting the ancient one off was a task. After planning and measuring, we went to a neighborhood hardware store and bought a mailbox, but it turned out that they did not sell the wood we needed for the base. So we went to Beckerle in Congers. The man behind the counter treated my friend so kindly. He went to the back and found an old scrap piece of wood that fit under the mailbox. Plus, he helped me source the big screws and washers. He spent good long time with us to assure that we had what we needed, patiently and extraordinarily helpful. All that for $1.98. It was good old-fashioned service with a smile. I was impressed that there are still stores like this where customer service is top level, even if the actual profit is virtually zero. This place is the best of the best. Shop there!”

“I've been using Zubige's forever, as I grew up a few miles up the road. Now that I live two towns over, this is still my go-to spot for anything home/hardware-related. Super friendly and helpful staff and well stocked for a local hardware store. They carry most everything I need to complete all the odd jobs around the house. The staff you have employed at this Lowes location from Sean the Manager to Dasha in Customer Service and Erik on the floor were beyond exemplary. As the Founder/Director of a Westchester based nonprofit that furnishes homes for the homeless veterans housed in NYS value and an exceptional product is so important. I decided to take a trip to Lowe's to look at the flooring needed for our new warehouse. We needed stock that was reasonably priced, durable and within our budget. Immediately on the floor Erik offered me assistance. He was able to pop into his handheld device the exact amount of stock I would need for the flooring. After speaking with the store Manager Sean who has made it known in the community how much Lowe's values our nation's First Responders and Veterans, we made the purchase that was completed by Dasha in Customer Service. Talk about a winning team. Dasha immediately processed an order that I have no doubt will be delivered to our warehouse with ease. On Memorial Day weekend, so many celebrate the holiday season, but I know Lowe's honors those that serve and remembers the true meaning of this holiday. By helping our organization, you have ensured that homeless veterans in your community will have furniture stored in a warehouse that is cleaned and tidy. “Very clean and well organized store. One improvement would be to be a bit more proactive about ensuring items are stocked. There are a lot of empty space and empty shelves in the garden area. Additionally when products go out of stock, they tend to be out of stock for a while forcing people to visit competitor stores or travel to other lowes locations.”

“His knowledge is Second to none and surprisingly he has anything you may need for those emergency home repairs in his tiny hardware store out front but I believe what he really enjoys is the small engine and electric motor shop in the back I've heard he can resurrect equipment and for a reasonable price. Support local businesses and stop in you won't be disappointed”
