“After shopping in a lot of stores I finally settled for Phoenix he was very attentive, nice, friendly and professional I even called him back to add to my order, glad I went with him.”
“The store is huge and has beautiful furniture. The customer service is good but can do better. I went into the store to purchase a sofa and everything was ok at first. We waited for more than an hour and finally pay for the item. We were directed to a gentleman who weren’t that professional. Just cut us off widen we tried to ask a question. We were sold a larger sofa than we asked for , and had to canceled the whole transaction and do it over again to get the right size. The process took more than 2 hours and I was upset wasting so much time in a store that wasn’t busy or had many customers at the time.”
