“Let me start by saying—this has to be the best Extra Space Storage in NYC, maybe even the best storage facility in the city, period. The facility is spotless. I didn’t see a single rat dropping, no roach, nothing—and for me, that’s incredibly important. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, and it shows. The entire place is extremely well maintained, even the bathroom, which is rare when it comes to storage facilities. When I arrived to store my belongings, I realized I had overlooked an important detail: my items needed to be kept in a climate-controlled environment, and unfortunately, this location doesn’t offer that. I had a bit of a meltdown—but Justin, the store manager, was incredibly kind and accommodating. He listened to my concerns (and frustration with myself), reassured me that we’d find a solution—and we did. Moving is stressful enough, so I deeply appreciated the time and attention both Justin and Asia gave me. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and supported during the process.I've stored at several places before, and this one stands out because the staff genuinely care about what they do. The level of customer service here is exceptional. I sincerely hope upper management and corporate take notice—Justin and Asia deserve recognition for the superb job they’re doing. PS - See attached pics of the unit I chose. My unit was a 10 x 10…. Bigger than I needed”

“We have been using Safeguard in 5th Avenue, Larchmont for the past 2 years. We love this facility. Always clean, very organized and the staff including the manager Ms. Bonnie, very polite and friendly. They are very welcoming and they are happy to help and to respond to all our questions. I never had an my issues to enter or exit the facility. Easy to pay and manage everything via email or phone call. Also they have plenty of cameras and there is a police station right beside their building. I would highly recommend it.”

“I must say Stop and Stor treats you like trash especially when they owes money for damages, they give excuses why they don't pay. At the bronx branch Mr. Theo treats people like family, look out for you and your well-being if it weren't for him I would have already left instead I stayed and got an extra unit, Mr. Theo is the best.”
