“I had an excellent experience at this Boost Mobile store and wanted to share how impressed I am with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. They were patient, knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was their outstanding customer service. The team went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, explain my options clearly, and help me find the best solution for my needs without any pressure. It's rare to find a store where employees genuinely care about their customers, but that's exactly what I experienced here. The store was clean, organized, and had a friendly atmosphere. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, respectful, and eager to help. They made the entire experience simple and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. In my opinion, this is the best cell phone store in town. The combination of excellent customer service, product knowledge, and professionalism sets them apart from other stores. I left feeling completely satisfied and confident with my purchase and service. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely continue to do business with this store in the future. I will also be recommending this Boost Mobile store to my friends, family, and anyone looking for reliable mobile service and exceptional customer care. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a positive experience. Keep up the great work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I happen to go into the Westchester mall today to the Verizon store. I wasn’t intending on purchasing a phone but I did and I’m glad I did. I got the best service from Chris the sales rep. He sold me my new iPhone and I couldn’t be more happier he helped me an assisted me and setting everything up. I didn’t have to do a thing I did have to wait, but it was well worth it. Dijon was on the side, making jokes and making the customers happy as well. They are a great team.”

“I'm honored to meet this guy today. His name is Juan. He is a representative of a Verizon and a simple mobile store located in whiteplains Rd. He is the definition of a textbook case of who represents a company not what the company represents. This man is passionate about what he does. He's well knowledgeable and well-informed. He's very patient, great listener, and very respectful. I have experienced a lot of customer service representatives but not one like this. Hopefully, he gets rewarded handsomely by the company he represents.Kind gestures go a long way.”

“Update: My initial review was very critical, but after speaking with the owner Shahid and the store manager Shamil, the dispute was resolved and the refund issued, as was promised. The manager especially was remarkably calm and level headed in hearing out both of our sides, then issuing a formal apology on his and the stores behalf, acknowledging that it was wrong that I was immediately labeled a scammer in front of other customers and my initial query about the phone screen damage not examined properly. I commend him for de-escalating the argument and offering a bottle of water to me so that we wouldn't just talk past each other like last time. I hope that the workers learn from this experience and implement better protocols: issuing receipts for all purchases, hearing customers complaints before jumping to the worst conclusion about them, and generally, being more amicable. Ultimately, though, everyone deserves a second chance and no more so than small businesses. I will be coming back hear to purchase phone accessories, wearables, and general consumer electronics, God willing. May God bless these Muslim brothers and make their endeavors more lucrative, as all Muslims would like for sincere brothers in business.”

Robiul was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and would definitely recommend him and this Boost location”
