“Update: My initial review was very critical, but after speaking with the owner Shahid and the store manager Shamil, the dispute was resolved and the refund issued, as was promised. The manager especially was remarkably calm and level headed in hearing out both of our sides, then issuing a formal apology on his and the stores behalf, acknowledging that it was wrong that I was immediately labeled a scammer in front of other customers and my initial query about the phone screen damage not examined properly. I commend him for de-escalating the argument and offering a bottle of water to me so that we wouldn't just talk past each other like last time. I hope that the workers learn from this experience and implement better protocols: issuing receipts for all purchases, hearing customers complaints before jumping to the worst conclusion about them, and generally, being more amicable. Ultimately, though, everyone deserves a second chance and no more so than small businesses. I will be coming back hear to purchase phone accessories, wearables, and general consumer electronics, God willing. May God bless these Muslim brothers and make their endeavors more lucrative, as all Muslims would like for sincere brothers in business.”

“Mike the owner was amazing he got the plug I needed for an appliance that I bought that came with no plug. Well he gave me an discount on my purchase. That was great. I asked him if they were on the map I introduced myself and he said that I could leave a review on Google But of course I'm an Elite Yelper so I checked in on Yelp. I assured him I'd leave a review on Google but my fun is Yelping. He gifted me a wonderful candle and I love candles so I was extra happy. His staff are oh so helpful and pretty and smart.
