I asked him if they were on the map I introduced myself and he said that I could leave a review on Google But of course I'm an Elite Yelper so I checked in on Yelp. “This guy is a lifesaver! My lithium ion battery blew up in the store and I lost everything on my old phone. For some reason none of my contacts had been backed up to Google and when I got a new phone there were NO CONTACTS! It felt like I was never ever alive. Everyone I had spoken to in the past 15 years I had no trace of!He didn't stop trying until we exhausted every solution and we eventually tried Samsung Cloud which thank God worked. I don't know what I would have done but I will forever be grateful! You're the best!”
