Auto Repair in Penfield, NY

“I cannot rave enough about my experience with this shop! My engine light started flashing on my way to work on Tuesday. I called Duffy’s around noon to explain what was going on, had my vehicle towed there around 3 pm and received a call around 4pm with the diagnosis! Luckily it was a quick fix- but due to my work schedule I was unable to pick up until next day. I ended up arriving shortly after close (around 5 minutes), but they had staid after to wait for me to be able to pick up my vehicle- even gave me a complimentary cold water since it was a hot day and I had biked over! Fair pricing- even waived the diagnosis fee since I was a first time customer! Top notch customer service all around- i will definitely be back in the future and will recommend to anyone looking for a quality shop!”

“Chris & Ron are amazing. As a woman I feel very comfortable going there, and they explain things very good. They don’t judge either and are fair priced. However they are so good that they are booked out a few weeks sometimes but it’s worth it! Every time I go somewhere else I regret it. Couldn’t recommend Penfair enough!”

“Just got my car washed and dried at the Penfield Delta Sonic location. I want to thank Amonte for the outstanding job he did drying my car. He took extra care to make sure my windows were dry, streak free and spotless. Amonte was very friendly and personable. I was greeted with an enthusiastic hello and an inquiry as to how I was doing. My car is spotless thanks to the care Amonte took. It is obvious he takes pride in his work and provides excellent customer service. He definitely deserves employee of the month. Thanks Amonte!”

“Chodie and Dmitri were wonderful to deal with. They were both very friendly and welcoming. I thought I had a puncture in my tire so I called. They didn't have an appointment available but said they could fit it in. It ended up being the valve core and was fixed promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to go back with any tire needs. Thank you both!”
