After being turned away by the very rescue group we adopted her from, and a very negative consultation from one trainer, we found Michael which was a true blessing. Our dog Olive completed a board and train with Michael in his home. This has made such huge difference in the issues she was having. We now have a great foundation and the tools to build upon her success. We would 100% recommend his training services, and we plan on using his amazing new boarding services as well.

The beer is fantastic and their space is just as nice if not nicer, great spot to hang out with friends or just with whoever is behind the pine that day! Bring kids, dogs, bikes, other pets maybe, you name it!

44 N Main St, PittsfordI’m giving this place 5 stars because the ice cream is delicious and I’ve never had issues before—except today. Unfortunately, the worker who took our order for a simple cookie dough cone had us waiting for over 20 minutes. During that time, he kept looking at us repeatedly, but never said a word or gave us any explanation.
We were patient and made eye contact several times, expecting at least the courtesy of being acknowledged, but he just kept working on other orders—even though others who ordered more complicated items were served right away. It felt dismissive and disrespectful since he clearly knew we were waiting.
When we finally asked another worker for help, she kindly called out, “Is anyone making a cookie dough for this person?” He was standing right there, looked at us, and still said nothing. No apology, no explanation—just silence. Honestly, who knows how much longer we would’ve been ignored if we hadn’t spoken up.
Maybe it was an off day for him, but the lack of acknowledgment and basic courtesy made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. It was flat out disrespectful, even if he hadn’t intended it to be. Please address this with the staff so other customers don’t go through the same thing. Thank you.

The hot apple cider was also noteworthy. Overall a great experience and we've added Simply Crepes to our list of favorite restaurants in the area.

45 Schoen Pl, PittsfordThe atmosphere is adorable and cute. The food is basic bagel, egg sandwich, etc but delicious and the coffee is very good. It is right on the canal with a great place to stop for bfast lunch or coffee. I apologizing for taking off a star but the day we went, one of the staff was not kind nor accomodating. I am sure that is not what the restaurant wants and maybe it is hard to find staff but it did make our entire party a bit put off. I will still return since the food, decore, location, prices and atmosphere are something to return to.
