“Hands down the best and most professional moving company in Rochester NY. Guys were very friendly, their Forman, Corey is a pleasant person to be around. He was polite professional and knew how move everything without any type of damages. We had a treadmill in the basement that took 4 guys to get it down there and Corey and another guy from his crew got it apart and up by THEMSELVES!!! Just thought I’d share this with anyone thinking about moving, well don’t think too hard about it. Chose Interior Moving Services! Thanks guys!”

“I rented a unit for about 2 yrs at the 14 Railroad Ave location in Rochester NY. I had to move because I am moving about an hour away. When leaving I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa the new manager for this location. She was very professional and kind. She wanted to find a facility closer to where I was moving but I'm in an area they don't have any units. She answered my many calls for random things and was very accommodating even though I was moving out. If I ever need a unit in an area that she's managing.. she WILL be hearing from me. She really cares about her renters.”

“The movers and packers for Corrigan were very professional, polite, clean and helpful with suggestions on where to place the furniture. Sara was incredibly helpful from talking us through what size storage unit we would need - meeting me there to show me the unit, to helping me to know what lock to purchase, to setting me up on auto pay, etc…. She really walked me through everything. The climate controlled storage units are new and very nice. It made getting things out and into storage during the winter months easy. We would use the service again in a heartbeat. I would recommend.”

The crew was kind , courteous and able to move the bulk of the home ( we just have too much stuff ) and we couldn't be happier.

We had a issue with a mover we hired and Pam went out of her way to find us another mover within a few hours. She is a great asset and always willing to help ! I highly recommend them .”
“I used Suburban Mini Storage and the experience was great. They worked with me to make sure I was renting the right size unit. The unit was clean and easy to access. There is security to get into the storage facility and cameras everywhere. I always felt safe. When my movers were moving my things in the owner of the facility was there and checked to make sure that everything was ok and going well. I will use them again if I need a storage unit.”

“I had a unit here for about a year and a half. Very friendly staff and automatic electronic payments so I don't have to fuss around with writing and mailing a check. They also have the best rate around Rochester for a 10x20 unit. I inquired into about 20 different units around Monroe County and Empire Storage had probably the best rate with the nicest and newest facilities. The only minor thing about the units is some of them are in a building that has a dirt road instead of asphalt in front of them, which gets VERY muddy in the spring time. But otherwise, very highly recommended!”

“A great storage place! We needed to store lots of wood furniture for 6 months and the climate controlled units here kept everything in great shape. The semi moving van was able to drive right up to the unit which made life much easier for the moving crew, esp in bad weather. The entire place is very clean with bright lights, and dry. Their customer service is wonderful, Nick was always helpful, prompt and friendly.”

“We needed a storage place for my Mom's move and everything about the entire process to reserve remotely, get the room (most places charge you for a lock, they give you one, meet you at the gate walk you through everything, etc.), and eventually finish our time here could not have been easier. The owner is amazing with a level of service that we used to expect, but now is rare and worth writing a review about.”
