They were very helpful with helping me choose the proper container for my needs and sold it to me for a fair price. “Corrigan/United just moved my mom's entire household from Livingston County to Maryland. Rob, our estimator worked with me remotely on Facetime to get an accurate idea of what was being moved, Joanne, our coordinator called and/or emailed several times prior to and during the move to check in on our progress, and our driver Russ, was outstanding, arriving on time and reviewing what was to be done each day with us. The crew worked hard and were able to load up early, which I really appreciated. The delivery crew worked steadily and did a great job too, under Russ's supervision. We had no breakage, which is astounding. Stellar job all around.”
“What can I say? I have been with this Facility for 4 Years now & I have never had an issue. The Customer Service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, The Grounds are kept up all year around even during some torturous Winter’s with the Snow & Ice, The Facility is VERY SECURE with many Eyes On It, Camera’s, Gate, Fencing, Etc. . Some people in the comments complain about Rodents & Roaches but in the 4 Years I have been there I have not seen 1 in my Unit but then again I keep my 2 Unit’s VERY CLEAN & VERY ORGANIZED & so I can’t speak on other’s Unit’s but if I have 2 Unit’s & have never had an issue I feel it my be a Customer Maintenance Issue & Not The Facilities.”

“As an Operations Manager with a focus on customer experience, I know a thing or two about meeting or exceeding customer expectations. The reviews are high for a reason - these people go out of their way to make storing your items here simple and easy. I live 7 hours away, have never met the staff in person, but was always able to reach Bill for any questions around billing, accessing the unit, and other inquiries. He responds almost immediately and the story never changes over time. Will continue to use them in the future for any other storage needs.”

“I used Suburban Mini Storage and the experience was great. They worked with me to make sure I was renting the right size unit. The unit was clean and easy to access. There is security to get into the storage facility and cameras everywhere. I always felt safe. When my movers were moving my things in the owner of the facility was there and checked to make sure that everything was ok and going well. I will use them again if I need a storage unit.”

“Conveniently located to anyone living in the Village of Fairport. Clean, well maintained facility, with secure 24 hour access. Lock & key were available from the manager. I rented a 10 × 15 unit, which was big enough for the accumulations of a 3-4 bedroom house. Everything I was looking from a company providing self-storage units.”
“I had a unit here for about a year and a half. Very friendly staff and automatic electronic payments so I don't have to fuss around with writing and mailing a check. They also have the best rate around Rochester for a 10x20 unit. I inquired into about 20 different units around Monroe County and Empire Storage had probably the best rate with the nicest and newest facilities. The only minor thing about the units is some of them are in a building that has a dirt road instead of asphalt in front of them, which gets VERY muddy in the spring time. But otherwise, very highly recommended!”
