“I take my doodle here and he and I both love it. Friendly, kind and knowledgeable staff. They always make you feel welcomed. Love the set up and rooms are spacious and clean. Waiting area is large in case you are waiting to be called. Prices are affordable. If you want to take your pet to a GREAT look no further, this is the place for you.”
“I am so glad that Cats & Critters is our vet. Last year one of my senior cats had broncho-pneumonia and it was scary to see my sweet girl be so lethargic and unable to really move. We brought her to Cats & Critters for a triage and had a great experience for the situation we were in. Our vet even called another one of the doctors who answered and helped even though she was off that day and eating breakfast. With the medicine and care we received from Cats & Critters my cat made a full recovery. You can tell that the vets and staff at the office really care about your pets from the way they speak to them and treat them. We’ve taken our cats to them for five years and have only had wonderful experiences, from annual check ups, to having teeth pulled, to the more serious pneumonia issue. I really trust Cats & Critters experience and expertise and I’m glad we’re able to call them our vet. So thank you Cats & Critters for always taking the best care of my two cats! We appreciate you!”

I brought my adult dog in for a second opinion and could not be happier with the care she received. Dr. Scheider was incredible! He listened to my concerns, did a thorough assessment, offered options for diagnostic testing, and called me right away with results. The whole process was seamless and I feel great knowing that even though my girl needs treatment she is under the care of a team that is both proficient and compassionate. “Dr.Smith was amazing, he really took the time to do a very thorough examination on my sick kitty. Even when he was just talking to us he was still comforting her and giving her love. She was extremely comfortable with him. Him and the vet tech were great at explaining the next steps how to administer her new medications and going over the prices for upcoming scans. My dad who came with me was so impressed by everything that he is in the process of switching his dogs to this vet as well! Thank you so much for helping my kitty feel more comfortable!”

“I cannot say enough great things about this place. I lost my puppy Thor a few days ago and they were nothing short of exceptional. During my difficult time they made the process go smooth and took a lot off my plate. They waited till I could get there even tho they had already closed when I called. I was not rushed to say goodbye and was told to take as much time as I needed. They treated my dog as their own and showed him so much love. I knew from that moment I had went to the right place. “I’d give 100 stars if I could. I was on vacation with my family and had to bring my bunny with me, we tried for weeks to get Truffles to a vet but no one near us was taking new patients or cared after rabbits. He was suffering and would have died at home alone and I would never have wanted that for him, after calling another dozen or so vets in the Rochester area they were the only ones willing to help us put our bunny to rest. The vet and her staff were all so kind and compassionate and made a difficult time “easy” to get through. I’m just glad I got to be there for him in his end. Thank you again for your help!”

“My 5 year old Rottie has been doing weekly PT in preparation for knee surgery. From reception, to doctors, to all the techs, Theravet has been a great experience. My dogs are my family and I feel that we are in very good hands with this team supporting us. My only opinion for improvement is name tags ? I can't remember names for the life of me and I always forget who we are working with as it does change with every appointment. But that's a me thing. I highly recommend this location for physical therapy. We have not yet used other services offered.”

The staff is so friendly and compassionate. They’ve always been kind over the phone and re always willing to help. Great place with great people.”
“My pitbull has anxiety with people/animals. The people here try to make her as comfortable as possible. She can be sassy and they handle it VERY well. They let me hold her and give her treats while they do their thing. Not everyone is nice to my girl, but they are amazing!”

“Yesterday I went to take my cat Abby into the hospital as she was experiencing a form of incontinence. Not only did she receive over the top care, the staff are extremely friendly, very accommodating, and the atmosphere is superb. If you have a fur baby that has an issue that needs to be addressed, look no further then Honeoye Falls Veterinary Hospital! I couldn't be more thankful, grateful, ot appreciative of everyone there!”
“Dr Spacher is an amazing vet and I can't imagine going anywhere else!!! He was very thorough explaining everything to me and answered every question I had regarding my pup, Milo. “I’ve been bringing my pets to this practice for over a decade. Dr. Buck is an extremely compassionate, knowledgeable vet who has always been able to give me great advice and treatment options for my pets with very thorough explanations. I’ve personally witnessed her go above and beyond not just for my own animals but for other animals in her care. The veterinary profession is a very difficult one, and I am so thankful Dr. Buck has dedicated her career to helping animals even when their owners might verbally abuse her, complain about the price, or neglect preventative care. It’s an often thankless job with insane overhead and patients who cannot talk. Do not skip preventative care or well visits, listen to the advice given, realize the prices are fair for the market and consider pet insurance for your pet.”
