“I have been with South Towne Veterinary Hospital for Over 30 years and 4 pets and I am still very happy with them. Even though the doctors have changed during that time, my pets still receives the same level of care as they always have. I have never had them push a test or procedure that made me feel like they were just looking for the money. I fell that they honestly want what is best for my pet. I trust them and would recommend them.”
“Clark’s has consistently met all expectations. The staff have won my dog over- and her humans. She had a history of requiring sedation for treatment and various exams. At Clark’s though they work with her and she has grown to trust them. This means she has not needed sedation so far for the smaller procedures. I trust also that if they said she needed sedation it would be warranted. This is a win-win. They also have gotten us in same day - which I know can’t happen all of the time- but it has been greatly appreciated. Our whole family truly appreciates this practice.”
“My family has been coming to Brighton animal hospital since I was 8 years old. I’m 74 now and still bring my german shepherd, Stella, there. I have no doubt that all my dogs and cats have received the best care possible. Great staff that understands how important our pets are to us. Dr Mike Foley ( retired now), Dr Miner and Dr Peter VanVankias have taken great care of my dogs and cats. Shout out to Dawn, Lisa and Tracy too.
Dr Hawkins operated recently on Stella when we thought she had cancer. It was a complex surgery and included spaying as well as tumor removal and was 100% successful. The BEST part of this was when Dr Hawkins called about the pathology report, which was negative for cancer. She sounded so happy and excited to be giving me the good news. Stella wasn’t just “another dog”.

“I’ve been taking my cats to Perinton Veterinary Hospital for over 10 years now. The vets, the vet techs and other support staff are consistently kind, caring and very competent! I never have an issue with getting an appointment within an appropriate amount of time (for sick visits too), or getting any questions answered over the phone by support staff regarding any issue or concern. This clinic is also very prompt in getting you into a room for your appointment once you check-in for an appointment (minimal wait room time). This is especially helpful if you have anxious animals! The clinic itself is very clean and well-maintained. The turnaround time between your appointment and getting any follow up results (always a phone call from the vet themselves) about bloodwork, other tests, etc. is often quick. You can tell that they truly care. Nothing but great things to say about this practice! Thank you for caring for my animals and the difficult work that you do.”

“There are not enough stars to rate Penfield Veterinary Clinic. They are a 10 out of 10. The clerical staff, technicians & doctors are excellent in every way. Dr.Erik Herrema has been treating my Corgi who was diagnosed with Cushings & Diabetes. His communication, diagnostic testing & treatment plan literally saved my previous dog’s life. The kind, caring response by the front desk is exceptional. The techs are friendly and reassuring. Dr. Herrema is extremely knowledgeable, and does not hesitate to provide excellent guidance with treatment options & plans. I highly recommend this practice for your pets needs. You will find excellence in every way.”
“This experience sealed the deal with me leaving a review here. Someone thought of the creative idea to put one of my ferrets in the bag I brought with them (for the record, it was very funny). I didn’t leave their carrier with them and they plopped him right on top of his bedding in the bag and zipped it up. What a funny surprise! He was apparently surprisingly content in there too lol.
Every experience I’ve had here has been great. The front of house is always very friendly, the techs are nice and can answer most of my questions, and Dr Hach has always been very thorough with my furry kiddos. Very happy at this vets office!”

“Dr.Smith was amazing, he really took the time to do a very thorough examination on my sick kitty. Even when he was just talking to us he was still comforting her and giving her love. She was extremely comfortable with him. Him and the vet tech were great at explaining the next steps how to administer her new medications and going over the prices for upcoming scans. My dad who came with me was so impressed by everything that he is in the process of switching his dogs to this vet as well! Thank you so much for helping my kitty feel more comfortable!”

“I wish I could give 10 stars! This is the best veterinarian office! I have been bringing my dog here for awhile and have been so pleased. Recently, he has started seeing Dr. Gabe and has bonded with him so well, that he LOVES going to see him! Dr. Gabe is kind, compassionate, and the absolute BEST! “I cannot say enough great things about this place. I lost my puppy Thor a few days ago and they were nothing short of exceptional. During my difficult time they made the process go smooth and took a lot off my plate. They waited till I could get there even tho they had already closed when I called. I was not rushed to say goodbye and was told to take as much time as I needed. They treated my dog as their own and showed him so much love. I knew from that moment I had went to the right place. “We have followed Dr. Jennifer Boehmer to three veterinary practices now. She is the only one we would have treat our pets. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and realistic. She does not order unnecessary tests and does her homework prior to appointments. There is no better vet in the Rochester area.
The staff is personable and responsive to client needs and do their best to anticipate the client's needs. They truly love the clients.”
“It was very hard for me to choose a vet for my cat Mango (pictured below) as a lot of vet clinics, in my experience, have extremely below-average cat care, choosing to treat cats as small dogs instead of as their own thing with unique needs and health issues, but I am beyond happy with my choice to go to the Webster clinic so far. The staff and Dr. Lewis are always extremely helpful, and have gone above and beyond when answering my questions regarding vaccines, flea and tick treatment, diet etc.. I look forward to continuing to work with them in the years to come. They’re also very good with approving prescriptions for Chewy very quickly so I’ve never had an issue getting medication when needed ?”

“My 5 year old Rottie has been doing weekly PT in preparation for knee surgery. From reception, to doctors, to all the techs, Theravet has been a great experience. My dogs are my family and I feel that we are in very good hands with this team supporting us. My only opinion for improvement is name tags ? I can't remember names for the life of me and I always forget who we are working with as it does change with every appointment. But that's a me thing. I highly recommend this location for physical therapy. We have not yet used other services offered.”
“When we were worried about our boston terrier, the staff at the office got us in to see him quickly. Unfortunately, we did have to put him down, which was shocking and devastating to us. That being said, Dr. Zimmer was absolutely incredible and we are so grateful for how she handled it. She explained everything clearly and kindly, and was so supportive through our loss. It was a horrific day, but Dr. Zimmer and the staff did everything they could to help us through it. They wrote the kindest letter to our family, and made a donation in our pups name. We miss our dog so much but are grateful that Dr. Zimmer helped us say goodbye peacefully.”

“Dr Spacher is an amazing vet and I can't imagine going anywhere else!!! He was very thorough explaining everything to me and answered every question I had regarding my pup, Milo.
