“I opened an account and they do not recognize me, I cannot access my money, and I spent too long at the brand trying to get help. ONLY reason I gave 4 stars is because Jose (the manager) remained professional even when I was annoyed. Which I was right to be annoyed because I could use MY card to pay a bill after a banker told me I can transfer funds then transfer again which locked my account. Had she not told me that information I wouldn’t have attempted this.”
“For anyone reading "Tracy LI NY"s review of late March, 2024, ignore it, as there's something seriously wrong w/her, (obvious from her review). Not only is her review a repetitive garbled *mess* of grammatical, spelling & punctuation errors; her bizarre, paranoid rant is concerning. Her Google profile shows 95% of her reviews were *all* done on the same day 2 wks ago, & many had similarly negative, implausible rants - BIG "?'s"!
I knew this branch quite well, also Chase's policies & employee regulations, so I'm quite sure (if she's even "real"), that SHE was/is the cause of any issues, & made all that nonsense up... ie: ★This branch is fine to bank at!”
“This location has been my banking location for a very long time. The service has always been very good with knowledgeable attentive staff at your service. The bank recently remodeled the entire branch with a contemporary flair and the space appears much more airy for a small branch of Cap One. The parking lot can be a bit challenging on weekends. Its best that you choose to walk in for service rather than wait on their outdoor car service which could be slow on weekends.”

“TDBank really showcased their superior service to me, apples-to-apples. Staff are great, every time I have banking business they make it super easy, I am happy as happy can be with TDBank in general and this branch in particular.
Here’s my tale of why- I have accounts across a few banks, including TDBank and CapitalOne. There’s a branch of CapitalOne down the road, and I had to deposit some old bonds my granma set up for me. The bank manager at CapOne literally told me to my face that they’re an awful lot of work, and it’s too much work for poor defenseless CapitalOne to spend its valuable time on. BUT NOT TO WORRY! All I need to do is visit a federal website, get a confirmation number, mail the bonds to the fed, follow up a few weeks later and manage the distribution of funds presuming everything went well. What the heck. It’s like the pizza place saying it’s too much trouble to make the pizza, so why don’t you go buy some dough and bake one yourself.
SO. I drove a mile down the road to TDBank. Polar opposite. I plug in my debit card, they take the bonds, I sign ‘em and the funds are in my account ready for use immediately. Took 5 minutes, no fuss, and they even had a lollipop for me. Amazing.
TLDR for face-to-face service TDBank is 5 out of 5, CapitalOne is a generous 1 out of 5.”
