βMy husband and I purchased a shower door several years ago and it still looks brand new. I love having a glassed-in shower, it creates a beautiful space. The employees are so helpful and knowledgeable. Iβm always met with a smile. Going to a family owned Buisness is on a whole different level, the attention to detail and care they take in the customer just doesnβt compare to Loweβs or Home Depot.β

βAmazing experience at this store today because of Billy! Extremely courteous and helpful. Went to the back and grabbed a toolbox for me and looked for a long time for another tool that they unfortunately did not have in stock. These days you walk into many stores and can't find anyone to help you but this store is very different it's two thumbs up. Billy worked at a different location previously and was always extremely helpful anytime I've visited the store. Glad to see the company is recognizing the people who make their stores feel different than the norm these days. ??β

The prices are very reasonable, and if youβre a member, you get access to the best deals. They also have weekly special offers, and the staff is always professional and courteous. The best part, though, is their 90-day return policy. Iβd much rather support this store than any big chain.β
βWe were in search of a last minute snowblower as ours started to see better days. Thanks to John who went above and beyond for us when we had a locked credit card issue while trying purchase online. He secured the last snowblower while were on the phone trying to fix this issue. It was refreshing to have some humanity in customer service, which tends to be almost nonexistent these days. We will definitely be back!β

βGreat place has everything from a Ball Cock Valve to a copy of Yentl on vinyl. Was in the other day to buy a pencil and walked out with a Lionel Train set from 1965. The owner Tommy fived the dent on my Camaro by simply denting the other side so the dents matched and looked factory. Caught a shoplifter named "Sticky Fingers" Nicky and Tommy, the owner. gave me a choice of a roll of electrical tape or some bug repellent as a reward. Aces!!β
βVery large local hardware store. Big parking lot. Store is fairly well merchandised but due to its size it seems kind of empty when you walk through it. One cashier, which was sufficient. A few employees on the floor to help find items. Large displays and case-cuts throughout. Very clean, well lighted space.β
βExcellent marine store. Friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent selection and stock. Has items others donβt. My new go to marine store. Good parking. Great store architecture. Good prices. Worth the extra distance.β
βPlanets and planting needs and house hold supply forget Walmart, Target and other stores. The store have the cheapest supplies for dishwashing liquid to soap powder to air with supply to hold a variety of mops, brooms, toilet papers, etc. I love it.β

βWent in to get to get a toilet but hubby hadn't used is card for over a year so it was expired. Self check out only but Susan was so helpful she walked us through step-by-step through the sign in online process. She was very patient for my hubby had a older model phone. I have an iPhone 13. Should have done it with my iPhone to start with. Lol. Karla was also near by but Even though she was making sure and helping other customers with try check out she also was very pleasant. Will def go back again and again and again. Customer service was an A+.β
βI received the two pulls which were sample requests, and subsequently received a credit when I placed my actual order. I appreciate the ability to order samples and get reimbursed when orders are placed.β

βVery helpful staff. When you don't feel like going to Home Depot, I find that ace is quicker and basically have similar products. Prices at Ace are competitive and sometimes with sales less expensive.β

βIβm over the moon in love with my order. Those may be the most beautiful hangers I have ever seen. I knew immediately I had to have them. Iβm redoing my entry and they will be perfect for coats and random things when you come in the door. Shipping is slow so donβt be in a hurry. To me they were worth the wait!β

I'm a retired electrician that's been to them in all 5 boros.
Some places looked sloppy with lazy workers.
This specific Home Depot was very neat & had everything we needed.
One of the workers spent a lot of time with me trying help me find a specific tool for a project.
Also helped my Nephew find what he needed.
The workers in this place seemed happy to work there. They kept the place clean. Which is very important when you're trying to find a device amongst thousands of other devices.
I can safely recommend this Home Depot.
The only caviat was no security in the parking lot which no places really have but all need.
You have to have eyes behind your head when you're out now crime is a big problem everywhere and vagrancy. If they don't get it under control everyone will start ordering stuff online and jobs will be lost. Put some security in the parking lots.β

The staff are mostly older people that know and care about their products and customers. When I first walked in, I felt like I had come from a time machine and was experiencing a store setup like they were in the past, in a small town. The staff was genuinely friendly and interested in my project.β
