“Bought a brand new scag from pat, and the service was amazing, picked it up today and while unloading the scag wouldn’t start, I contacted pat and he had some one out within an hour, turns out the battery needed to be replaced they were very prompt and speedy replaced the battery at my house and got me up and running! “We went in today for some paint to cover up a horrible purple mistake we made months ago. Older gentlemen, I’m pretty sure he’s been there for years since this is not my first time seeing him. He went out of his way to keep trying to mix the perfect color that was affordable, in our color range, and enough pigment to cover the dark purple we had. If we weren’t satisfied, neither was he. He made sure he made us happy before we decided. He made it a point to have us leave satisfied. He was patient, funny and kind. We ended up finishing painting today, and we are thankful. Only ONE coat of his master mixing skills covered this old paint. He was a pleasure to work with and we walked out happy with a decent price. We can tell he’s a key staff to this business. Didn’t catch his name but THANK YOU!”
“CryoWeld has been my GoTo for welding supplies for over 20 years. They have always been able to supply the gas,wire,rods and machines that have kept us going. They once helped me repair a 30+ year old Mig welder so we could get a job done, until I could buy a new machine. And they came in with the best price on a new Mig machine. Always been a pleasure to do business with now the second and third generation of family.”

I've shopped here dozens of times and am always impressed by the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service offered by most employees. Very different from my experience at a competing Big Box which is closer to my home, but which I will no longer patronize. Prices are competitive, order online and they'll bring it right to your vehicle!”

He really cared and asked me a number of questions, also consulting other staff to make sure I got the right paint and color for my situation. LOVE my bathroom color, total happy transformation. I don't like their paid membership option, which would allow you to buy certain products at a weekly discounted promotional cost. We all like weekly sale prices, and nobody likes to pay for that discount.”
