“It was my first time going to a postal office to help my aunt ship a package, my aunt doesn't speak english well and wanted me to ask the lady who was working there a question, i asked the question and the lady stared at me for awhile and mumbled her words to the point i literally didn't hear anything she said and seemed very annoyed for no reason. Im not sure if that lady still works there but the other times i went it was different workers and they were definitely way more helpful and nice.”

“I’ve been coming to this Post Office Monday through Friday for the past 10 years, and the improvement over the last few months has been incredible. Since the new Postmaster, Ms. Masia, stepped in, everything runs so much more efficiently.
Ms. Soniya at the counter is fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming with a smile. It really makes a difference when you’re there regularly.
Another huge bonus is the newly designated parking specifically for the post office, which makes visits even more convenient.
It’s clear there’s been a positive change here, and it’s very much appreciated!”

“I’ve been to this post office many times, and Pablo is always so kind, genuine, and truly caring. Yesterday I went in to weigh my daughter’s wedding invitations because I wasn’t sure how much postage they would need. Pablo patiently helped me with every single invitation, making sure the postage was exactly right, and even double-checked everything with his supervisor so I would have complete peace of mind.
Today, when I came back to send the invitations out, Pablo immediately recognized me, took the box, and told me he would personally take care of everything. He understood how important my daughter’s wedding is to our family and wanted to make sure the invitations arrived safely. He was so warm, sincere, and happy to help that I felt completely reassured. I left feeling so grateful and relieved knowing that the invitations were in good hands and that it was one less thing for me to worry about. His kindness, patience, and big heart truly went above and beyond. Thanks again, Pablo!”

“I’ve been coming here for a while now. The counter people are super nice. The rest…. We’ll USPS is my last choice with any packages. They lie and pass the buck with the worst of them. I sent an overnight package cross country and the carrier ON VIDEO went to the door, looked around and left. No notice, knock or doorbell. The same carrier came back the next morning, signed my clients name (incorrectly) and dropped it in the mail box. They denied me a refund with no explanation. I have the cure… it’s ongoing ???”

New city is definitely a high volume store and they’re able to keep the lines flowing. Some of the customers are unkind but the staff remains professional. They even remember your P.O. Box number after many visits. Good guys.”
“The women who work here are the kindest and most patient employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at a post office. I will never use my local post offices again because this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They helped me use up old postage I ordered incorrectly so I could mail several packages without wasting it or buying new stamps. They were patient and kind and pleasant with everyone. We had a lovely conversation while they helped me and I honestly can’t say enough nice things. Best post office in the COUNTY!!! “Amazing experience. USPS lost a very important document. The Tallman postmaster, Baird, went out of his way to help track the document by emailing numerous times the facility where it was lost. After many days, he wrote a letter and sent the copies of my documents to the party it was originally intended, and explained the situation after taking full responsibility on behalf of the US Postal Service. He was a real gentleman! Tried solving the problem as if it was his document that was lost!”
