The car came out beautifully, and what really impressed me was the video they sent. The technician walked around the car with a tablet, explaining everything they inspected and what work was done. The transparency was refreshing, many mechanics keep things behind the scenes, but BMW of Greenwich shows you exactly what’s going on.

Also does professional coatings in house. My turbos came back looking way nicer than I could have bought them new and the ceramic coatings just look slick. The quality /cost ratio is just something of the past. You won’t get a better product or service for your dollar. Will be back again!”

“Whatever you do, go to this place if you are in need for repairs. After a full week of getting little communication from other shops, I called here and Axel picked up immediately. After my car got to the shop he kept constant communication and showed me exactly the problem and offered solutions for a great price. He fixed every issue with my exhaust system and finished my car in a few hours. The quality of work was amazing and my car is running way better now and the price was more than reasonable.”
