“Tommy’s programming is intense enough for the most fit among us but scalable and accessible to anyone. It’s a fantastic way to approach HIIT with a focus on time under pressure and pauses in lieu of the more violent movements that cause most of the injuries. It is a mix of programming that challenges you and never gets boring or stale. Tommy and his staff are patient and explain/coach extraordinarily well with a lot of personal attention. It is also a very collegial and supportive group of people in the classes.”

I dropped in at 914 CrossFit while in Westchester for a few days, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The coaches were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The coaches are incredibly helpful and motivating, the classes are always varied and never repetitive, and the front desk staff is so welcoming. Julissa, in particular, goes above and beyond with her creativity, constantly finding exciting ways to make events more engaging and fun.

They were amazing with the kids. They were all very attentive and took the time to work with the kids and encourage them to do the course. “I must say that I did not think that this would work, but I was pleasantly surprised. I booked an hour session with Jesus Andrade. After a short interview of questioning my needs and medical background, Jesus started to stretch, pull, massage and release many of my areas of concern. I have suffered from years of sciatica. Jesus not only released the tension in my back, legs and glutes, he also showed me some stretches that I could do at home to alleviate the pain. During the session, I even heard a snap, which Jesus described as a release. After that, I felt increase amounts of comfort. Jesus is very professional. He is constantly checking with you to see if the pressure is too much or too little and making adjustments along the way. I would highly recommend his services. Keep it up Jesus.”
“Nice orientation of facilities, I mostly swim so I know I'm good, walking around the gym design; it's big open sections spaces. ; navigate with care bc the cardio from full body exercises can make that time to the next training session to keep a productive workout.
I suggest having split group exercise of 1-3, entertaining the idea of 4 sets of 12 that next machine if you tap in. Take in mind it's always important to utilize all aspects of training to improve flow of movement so have fun with a new goal in mind”
