I am an avid equestrian and have always been an active person, but have never found the "right" gym routine / program to keep me engaged and consistent, until I found Ray and Megan at the Training Floor. The small group classes are fun, challenging, and have helped me immensely with my strength, stamina, flexibility, and confidence. Historically, working out outside of the saddle has always been a chore. I now find myself eager and excited to get my workouts in and I see big improvements in my riding as a result (which my horse appreciates). And it's not just the physical results that keep me coming back - the community and environment that Ray and his team have created is amazing. “I joined 9 round in the beginning of July. The individualized instruction has motivated me to continue going back to 9 Round. The classes are a comfortable size, the gym is equipped with state of the art equipment. I felt & saw results within 3 weeks. At 57 years old this is the type of training that builds muscle tone & elevates my heart rate. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable. No slacking here. “Going to be 63 years old in two weeks. I was just tired of being so big! I played college sports and have a black belt in karate. Been with Jim since the beginning of the year! We laugh and have great time! I like to think of myself as one of his success stories! I lost 35 pounds in 8 weeks and will be around as long as I can! The man is supportive but doesn’t pull any punches! Get off the couch!put in the work and it WILL PAY OFF! You can’t go home and eat a box of donuts ! The work outs are fun and and the camaraderie is nice! Completely recommend the place! Don’t be shy”

“Went for the first time last week. Took a Monday night class. I think the "coach" was Ashley. I'm sad this was my first experience because I was really looking to get help with my form. But the coach was too busy only "coaching" her favorites or friends. But she really is more of an annoying cheerleader. She did not come up to me once. The other coach who was not on a mic was really nice. And she corrected me with one exercise. I was just rather surprised and disappointed the lack of professionalism by the main coach as I would of expected her to be more interactive. Great place and great workout. Just look at the schedule and stay away from Ashley D.”

“I don't think you will find a trainer who is more invested in you and your long term health than Obi. He bases his workouts on research proven methodologies, not on fads or what is going to be easy to sell. My drive to be the healthiest and fittest I can be as a 57 year old woman is powered by what I have learned from Obi and through Obi. He probably knows more about every members' ability than we do ourselves. I can honestly say, if you don't check out this gym, you are doing yourself and your family a huge disservice. You are not allowing yourself the full life (now and later) that Obi's fitness plan gives you. Beyond Obi, you will find a gym filled with amazing men and women, who cheer you on, inspire you, make you laugh, and who push you when you just want to stop. I love this place more than I can ever express.”

“I can't recommend StretchLab enough. David, the GM, is incredibly kind, knowledgable, and always makes sure that clients have the best experience, based on their unique needs. Mark, the flexologist, is absolutely amazing. He mixes a combination of stretching and massage, based on his vast experience. I always leave feeling so much better! Over the years, I've gone to other stretching facilities and masseuses in NYC, but StretchLab exceeds all prior experiences. If you have any tightness or discomfort or just want to proactively start stretching more, StretchLab is the place to be! You won't regret it!”

“Absolutely the best! I’ve been going here for years. I️ started when I️ lived in CT and was so happy when they started offering a virtual platform which I’ve been using since relocating to NC. Flexible options - most mornings I️ do a live class but sometimes I️ opt for a recording. The recordings are updated frequently so I️ dont get bored with them. And the live classes have a terrific vibe with a very attentive coach to help me avoid injury - and sometimes push me to do more. I’m a huge fan.”

“I’ve been training with coach Phil for over 4 years and there is no place I’d rather be when I’m working out. He really works with each of his clients to meet their personal needs even when it’s a group workout. Through the pandemic he accommodated his clients the best way he could to make it work. I was truly impressed by how he kept everything together. Even post surgeries I had, he made the workouts fit whatever my body was going through. Whether it’s just a workout for you, or you’re looking to do it with a friend or your children I would recommend his studio and classes to everyone.”

“Mr. Belmar he is the one taught me Muay Thai and Boxing it helps me confidence, against bully. I want to learn Muay Thai and get in shape. Mr. Belmar said if I am not seeing him I should practice at least 1 hour and do battle rope, light weightlifting so you won't injured your back. I am doing Private training every Saturday in afternoon.”
