“I was there on Thurs, Jan 8. In the afternoon. I was just buying a few things. And the man managing the registers (a young, tall, black man. I'm describing him so he gets credit.) was such a kind, nice, courteous. guy. Just one of those people with good energy about them. I wish stores knew more how important it is for people at check out to be friendly to customers...and what a difference it makes. They don't have to be over friendly, but some people that check out, don't even acknowledge you. It's just as important as the product and price point. It's your experience at the store.”
“I love shopping here and the employees here are very friendly and always helpful . People who have made complaints about how they are treated poorly maybe they should have stopped and think hey maybe I deserved the poor treatment from the employee/s and don’t be a stickler and always expect to be greeted the minute you walk in.You are not a KING or anything ?. So be mindful of your actions first before pointing fingers at others.”

I loved shopping here, I came for hats and scarves and winter pajamas, I found everything for fall and winter, Hanes brand thermal clothing, I brought it for my husband, myself and my teenage son, it was cheaper than She. ..in and tem...u, the truth is ? I recommend it, super clean and organized, there are also things for the house, the kitchen, the bathroom, at convenient prices.

“This location is convenient to many other stores such as Costco, Walmart, Marshall's, and more. There are plenty of eateries nearby. The parking is decent, provided it's not a prime shopping time. Five and Below carries a good range of items for fun, exercise, home, and personal care. They have great gifts and seasonal items.”

“No weekend is complete without a run to 5 Below. It's always for something that's needed like a phone charger cord and then I wind up seeing so many other things that I feel like I must have. This location is usually pretty well stocked and the staff is friendly. Every once in a while they're short handed up front but they seem to make it work. On this trip I got pillows and a throw for my guest bedroom because they were super cute and affordable. I also bought another bookcase/organizer because I used one of theirs for my pop up shop set up and it works really great. Even though some things are more than $5 most of my items were actually $5. If you have a very small child, I'm warning you they have lots of cute toys and a lot of candy especially near the checkout so either prep them before you go in or don't bring them.”
“This small shop is very convenient very reliable they are actually one of my favorite stores in the area- the merchant is very caring and so into what folks need - it’s a small business but they are Literally reliable and very giving/ the owner to d awesome and he’s very much into supporting customers- I once didn’t have enough for my purchase and he filled in the 1.79$ I owed and he reimbursed me for my purchase of the even though I didn’t have enough- gotta give thank me o store owner - leave the clerks alone - they are just there serving on small pocket change but the owner is a good man- you can the difference between the two of evil and hood and he’s perfect perfection - stick to this shop and you will never loose ??✊???”

The store can get extremely crowded, and the aisles are small, which makes shopping a bit stressful during busy times.
Another downside is the loss prevention process at the exit. The worker by the front door often checks bags and receipts even if you’re simply carrying multiple shopping bags. Most of the time, all they do is highlight the date on your receipt, but you still end up waiting in a line just to leave — especially frustrating when the store is already packed. It can feel unnecessary and a little annoying.
Overall, the store has good variety, friendly staff inside, and great seasonal deals, but be prepared for crowds, inconsistent product quality, and slow, inconvenient checkout at the exit”
“This little mall, if you can call it that, is similar to the New World Mall next door. It is small, just one floor, but there is a very good tailor as well as shoe repair guy in the back. Tina's Tailors Inc. is stall B7. This location is a bunch of tiny stalls with vendors selling things from wigs, clothing, children's clothing, jewelry and accessories, as well as you can take your things to get repaired, hemmed or altered.”
“I can always find something to get for my granddaughter. But this time the store attendant wasn’t friendly at all. I couldn’t find any stickers, I bought a small spelling game and left. Store attendants make it or break it?”

“Discount store that really has a lot to Discounted stuff. Buy from them often and probably spend WAY too much money there but life is short and I do need MOST of the things. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store well stocked, fairly neat and is clean. I guess I feel I hit the Jackpot when I go there because I keep going back. Location is good on Metropolitan Avenue. Parking is limited and traffic can be a bear at times.”
“In the passage of my travels I needed common household products, but refuse to pay full price in standard chain and national brick and mortar stores. For the working class every penny matters in the 2022 era of inflation and agflation surging to the sky for a turbulent economy. I do support local Mom and Papa stores for the community.This discount store is well stocked and the male owner is very knowledgeable about his inventory and products available in stock. Price is reasonably inexpensive compared with other stores in this locale Queens neighborhood. He is acutely aware of a degreaser name Awesome Cleaner Degreaser as I have been seeking as a substitute for Easy-Off Oven Cleaner.”

“This is a very popular store they have all types of things it is located on 167 - 022 Hillside Avenue very close to the subway station do you find everything for the your kitchen bathroom living room dining room all types of products they sell it is everything made in China they don't have anything American made and the people who work in here is not so good that's why people from all over the city come here to buy I highly recommend the store to buy things but the people who working here not so good”
“This store has so many items I need all in one place and at reasonable prices. I love a glass teapot and always find it there. Also, regular nylon laundry bags with the drawstring. Curtains, toilet seat sets, houseshoes...on and on. Be careful with sizing on the comforters, though. I realized it while in the store and got a king-size for a queen mattress. It still was not quite big enough, but does the job.”
“My mom and I have been to this place a few times and parked in the front of the store and went inside. Once inside, the store was filled with many items and that there is a wide selection of many things. The quality of the things was nice and wonderful. There were people in the store looking or buying things.”

“Neighborhood gem. The owners are very nice people. The place is always spotless and well organized. I have found some items go for more than 5$ but most are within your regular dollar store range. Be careful not to leave your car parked on Jerchico cause you will get a ticket. There is parking on the side however”
