“Found this store through google review. Then Came here with the hope of having my MacBook Air (2019) fixed from water damage. David did a quick assessment and then texted me the quote of repair cost. Once I confirmed, he repaired the MacBook on the same day. When I came for pickup, David spent almost 40 minutes with me to explain patiently how to fix some basic problems. It is like Apple Store's One on one tutoring, but at no extra cost to the customer. David is incredibly honest and generous and his price is very reasonable! This is definitely the store you should go if your MacBook fails to work. I highly recommend this place for fixing your Apple products.”

I was informed by various sources that the only option would be to purchase a new computer. At this point, I was beginning to accept my fate. However, before throwing in the towel completely, I decided to bring the laptop to NCS. Here, I was given some hope that the data/files could possibly be saved and the screen replaced, which was my desired outcome. “Came in here a few months ago because my phone wasn't charging and I needed to get it fixed asap. Gave my phone the man who runs the shop, he told me that he would order a new charging port and it would be ready by the next day. Sure enough I called and it was ready at the time he said it would be (under 24hrs!). I have no complaints since he fixed my phone, and he was very diligent with his work which is always appreciated. Safe to say that if I have any other problems with electronics I know the place to go!”

“Definitely worth bringing your watch for repairs and battery replacement. I try to replace my wife's watch battery and I ended up knocking off one of minute hands by trying to put on the back cover. So my wife ended up taking 2 watches for battery replacement and repairing the minute hand.The repair and replacement only took 10 minutes. The watch repair guy was professional quality of service and honest up front pricing. Replaced 2 batteries and fixed the minute hand for all under $20.”

“I am so glad that I met Joshua! My 6yo Dell laptop was giving me a weird error message about my power adapter not being recognized. This laptop has never given me any issues so I was so hoping that it would be an easy remedy. Quick background info...I originally brought my laptop to the other location in Great Neck, but Daniel just read the error message and said "it was fine." He never even touched my laptop or tried to diagnose the issue. I left the store not feeling right with his assessment and was even wondering if I should just buy a new laptop. Well, I am so glad that I didn't give up on it. My brother-in-law told me to try this location as Joshua had fixed things for him in the past and he was happy with his work. “My old iPhone 6S which I've had forever and I love, was no longer charging properly and dying quickly. (Having satisfactorily used FixNgo a few years back to replace a cracked screen, it only made sense to go back again). The technician replaced my charging port and installed a new battery. The repair was done while I waited a short period of time. The phone is working as good as the first day I bought it. I'm very happy with the service. The cost to repair and install new parts was reasonable and I was informed prior to any work being done. The store is very clean, well lit, well organized and provides seating if you prefer to wait. The staff is extremely courteous and best of all, no one even tried to sell me or pressure me into buying a newer phone. While I was there, I observed several people walk in for estimates and questions. All were greeted pleasantly. It's a professionally run business and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. You will not be disappointed.”
